Our cabin was built in 1949 by a family who were associated with the Camber ski club of Salinas. The ski club stayed there during the 1960 Olympics. It was the only cabin at the end of the street for many years. It is located on the West Shore on a quiet cul-de-sac. Convenient access to Alpine & Homewood, and hiking, biking, or boating, Meeks Bay & Sugar Pine Point State Park. Enjoy large deck for summer relaxation, 2 very large bedrooms upstairs, 1 newly remodeled bathroom downstairs.

Diane was the perfect host. All my questions were answered immediately. The house was very welcoming. Had everything we needed for a relaxing stay. The coffee in the freezer saved our lives 😊.

Cozy and welcoming, and would have absolutely no qualms about a repeat visit or in recommending to others.

Super cozy, quiet and comfortable chalet with nice touches, a well-stocked kitchen and decorations. Perfect place for a family and very close to Homewood ski resort, highly recommended!

loved the authentic Tahoe vibe of the cabin and it was a very cozy weekend spot! The lake is a few minutes walk and the area is truly delightful, very charming neighborhood. For those skiing, you can be at alpine meadows or squaw in 30 min. Great restaurants and scenery nearby..

Diane’s place was rustic, cozy and a great place to stay at! Great, private location close to Tahoe City where all the restaurants and shops are. Great price and good size. Central to Sugar Pine and Meek’s Bay! Would definitely stay here again especially in the summer.
