While you are free to explore the area, be advised that it is at your own risk and to be cautious of the dangers of hiking in the wooded hills & hollers of Kentucky.

✳️ There are a few steps to get into the main level of this home and to the decks.

✳️ While this house is walking distance to the lake, there is no direct access from this property. Most of Lake Cumberland is surrounded by wooded, rocky bluffs.

✳️ This property is located in the Buck Creek section of Lake Cumberland. It is NOT close to stores, restaurants, or shopping.

✳️ Mosquitos, ticks, and chiggers are common in Kentucky. Bug repellent is recommended when outdoors. Also be aware of snakes, bears, + other wildlife as this property is close to the woods. Poison ivy = leaves of three let it be!
