A comfortable room with a good a view in the center of the city.
This beautiful, cozy and comfortable private room is located in the most centrical part of Panama City.
The Room has a queen size bed, comfortable for two people. It has its own walking closet where you can leave your belongings well organized. It has also enough room where you can leave your luggage and by special request, space for inflatable bed if you decide to bring your kid. It has private bathroom for you or couple with hot water available, Clean towels and soaps are provided as well.
A Key will be provided if you want to close the room and go tour Panama during your stay. Need to go to the Pharmacy or Supermarket? There is Farmacias Arrochas, El Rey and Casa de la Carne at walking distance.
Im an avid waterman and surfer, so If you are going to the interior of the country to surf or just to relax and tourist around the Pacific or the Caribbean, Ill be more than happy to assist in planning your trip and making your trip to Panama more fun!
The apartment includes a very nice living room with tv cable and wifi access for internet on premises. The Kitchen is available to guests if they want cook and store food on the fridge as well. Its obligatory to share with me any meal you cook!! jaja LOL, just kidding. I usually in the morning make coffee, so I'll be happy to share with my guests!
The building has a social area with a very nice pool for you to enjoy the sunny days. There is also a private parking spot for you if you rent a car and the building has security and two elevators.
El Cangrejo is a safe neighborhood, which gives you easy access to anywhere you want to go in the city during your stay. The neighborhood is really nice, there are two big supermarkets nearby and also a couple of restaurants walking distance. My personal favorite, Pomodoro, which offers Italian food.
Taxis are really easy to come by at any time of the day for your trip in Panama. In case you dont rent a car, I recommend the use of taxis, which is real easy to get my street in El Cangrejo and get to any part of the city real easy. Casco Antiguo and Albrook Mall, is maybe 10 to 15 minute distance in car depending on traffic. Also I recommend Multicentro and Multiplaza for your shopping spree as well.
If you have a smartphone, I would recommend using also the transportation apps such as Uber or (website hidden), which might be a little expensier than a normal taxi, but really comfortable to travel in a much more better car.
Also, you are at walking distance to Via Espana and Via Argentina, where bus stops are available make it easy to move around the City. You can find information in here ((website hidden))
Also you should check out the metro system to get around the city, which for now, is free. You can find more information here ((website hidden))

We always make sure our guests have a good time in our apartment using The Room.
Very we'll located on many levels. Between walking, Metro Subway, buses and the occasional taxi, Panama City was very accessible. The picture of the main living area doesn't do it justice. It has a wonderful view of the city skyline and even a sliver of the ocean. Lights around the canal are visible at night out another window. My only real complaint was the Hot Water system, or better said, lack of... No Hot water in the kitchen ever, showers ended up cold/cool after about 3 minutes. The owner was all talk and no action to my situation. Not sure that was all about.
Hey David! Im glad you enjoyed your stay. Me being out of town, makes it real hard to communicate on everyday basis. I did try to contact you the last two weeks through airbnb, but you never answered back. I wanted to call you over the telephone, and get that hot water problem fix. Well we did agree that you were going to pay me over the phone bill, but the maid told me you didnt left me the money, or did you?
Unfortunately we didn't get to know Eduardo, as he was out of town during our stay. But we had a very good time at the appartment. Everything was clean and the location is perfect and has a faboulous view.
We had a great time staying with Eduardo in Panama City!
We arrived late on a Monday night and everything was prepared for us. We got a pizza from Eduardo's favorite Pizza place "Pomodore" which was really good. Eduardo gave us so many tips on where to go and what to see and the room was comfortable and in a good location within Panama City.
We felt very welcomed and enjoyed our 2 days in the apartment. Eduardo left on Wednesday to go to San Diego so we actually had the apartment for ourselves for one night.
There was no problem with the key return or anything. Eduardo was always available per airbnb message which was very helpful! Thanks Eduardo :)
The apartment was centrally located-- close to a lot of buses and the subway system. Taxis were easy to catch from the corner and cheap. The location was safe, as my boyfriend and I felt comfortable walking around at all hours of the day.
The apartment was lovely, airy and spacious. The bed was comfortable, but the air in the bedroom was stale (perhaps the air conditioner filter needs to be changed). We didn't cook in the kitchen due to the roaches at night.
Eduardo provided water in a water cooler which was useful considering the hot weather. Eduardo was also very kind to invite us along on his run the first day we arrived, and he also suggested places to visit and eat.
Eduardo was great! He was very responsive and helpful and made things easy for us. The location is indeed the center of Panama City - the neighborhood has many restaurants, bars, and a nearby Metro stop. The apartment was just as described, and the pool was an added bonus. The view was another bonus - we watched two sets of fireworks through the window on our first night.
I had a wonderful time staying at Eduardo's apartment in Panama. It was extremely close to everything (shops, restaurants, downtown) and the room was very spacious, clean, and convenient. Eduardo was a very accommodating and friendly host. I'm looking forward to the next time I can visit and stay with him!
