Juan Pablo runs a business, so I don't believe he follows the Airbnb spirit, BUT the apartment is ok, relatively new and clean. There is a kit for three people to eat, the view and location are great. I don't like to stay twice in the same place, but it's definitely a place I would recommend.
The apartment is awesome, great location, very neat and cozy. I strongly recommend it.
The apartment is very functional and clean. Booking, negotiation, arrival and maintenance were perfect. However, there were two issues that bothered me. The first one, which had nothing to do with Juan Pablo, was a construction site next to the apartment. I could not sleep after 8 a.m. I know this is temporary, but it will bother some lazy guests who enjoy oversleeping, like me. Second, I thought the room was a little too lighted in the morning; the courtain did not block the morning sun light. Those were not such big deals, and I enjoyed a lot my time in Santiago. The apartment is perfectly located. If you do not mind so much about these issues, I definitevely recommend Juan Pablo's apartment.

I am an engineer from Santiago, Chile. I really like outdoors activities such as trekking, mountaineering, biking, and ski. I am very lucky to live in Chile where I can do all this.
