  • We did not ever meet Bradley, but communicated with him by text message to pick up keys, get room codes, etc. He was very responsive by text, and his place is as lovely as the photos. We didn't spend much time there, as it was a wonderful weekend for walking around Philadelphia, but appreciated the easy walk from SEPTA as well as the ability to walk out the door to all of the greater downtown Philly neighborhoods. All in all a great experience and would definitely stay here again when I return to Philly.

  • Overall, great location, hosting, very accommodating and helpful, I had an amazing first time in Philly and the lodging was a big part of that. My reservation with other host Center City fell through 2 hours before check-in; Bradley responded quickly to my new request for lodging, was flexible, and took me in. I'm grateful!! At first I was concerned not seeing an a/c, might be central air, but weather was such we had the windows open to the cool breezes. The lighting and breezes were welcomed and welcoming, and the view - delicious. The bed was clean, large, and so comfortable. The room was quiet, and Clyde was an elegant and polite companion/host. The location was great, just off Chinatown, short walk from convention center and Reading Terminal market, short bike to river and museums. As a female there might have been a couple blocks of concern for safety at 2am, but any other time of the day, it's a well walked and diverse neighborhood where I felt completely safe and free to be adventurous. Oh my goodness, consider biking in Philly, was beautiful and bike lanes most everywhere; Center City can be walked. I only biked West in area between house and Japanese and Horticultural Gardens. I walked area of the house to bus/train station, though with public transit that wasn't necessary, but it was fun, once.

  • The apartment is perfect to visit Philadelphia because it's very close to the heart of the city. Even if we just met Bradley briefly, he was very kind and considerate. The decoration is meticulous and beautiful. Thanks Bradley!

  • Bradley was so responsive and helpful. In the end, I could not stay in his "urban simplicity" home, but all may dealings with him were outstanding.

  • Bradley's is conveniently located within a few blocks walk to center city. The apartment is very spacious with GREAT views of the city. The listed room and shared spaces were clean and as advertised.

I got to talk to Bradley for a bit and he was very nice and personable. Responsive to any questions I had up to the day of my visit. Clyde was super sweet, well-behaved, and adorable. A listing I would search for again the next time I need to airbnb in Philly!

  • Bradley and Clyde were great hosts for my first time visiting Philly.

The loft is conveniently located to the Convention Center and Reading Terminal Market. He had some great advice on places to go and was always helpful. Clyde is definitely a nice dog to come home to after a long day being a tourist. Definitely recommend this place if you ever need a place to stay in Philadelphia, the city of brotherly love!

  • Bradley and Clyde were fantastic hosts for our brief, 1-night stay in Philly while headed south on a whirlwind road trip. The place was tastefully designed, and the room was clean and waiting patiently for our arrival with fresh linens, towels, and open shelving to accommodate our belongings. The view from our room was incredible to boot! Clyde and our dog Max got along great. If we were to stop through Philly again, we'd happily stay another night. Check-in and check-out was also a breeze, and so was the walk past the convention center to a plethora of great restaurants and shops in proximity. Definitely recommend Bradley's place!
