The property is in a serene and quiet neighborhood. We have friendly neighbors so please follow the quiet hours at night strictly so that everyone will have a great experience.

The house is in a corner lot and the pool has full privacy, located on the road corner of the property.

To those who drive lowered cars, you will be happy to know that there are zero speed bumps and humps from the highway to the property. The garage parking ramp is not steep at all.

The property is in front of the clubhouse parking area, with ample free parking if available and needed. There is a covered full basketball court just 50 meters from the property which you can rent as well.
