Dee was a wonderful host and made us feel very welcome when we stayed with her during the Listowel writers festival. She cooked a great breakfast for us both mornings. The room was clean and comfortable.
We booked the Retreat By The Feale with two other family members. Their double room was very nice, but the twin room we had was not great. The wardrobe was full, as were all the dresser drawers, so we had no place to hang or store our things. Dee was a wonderful host, providing us with lots of good advice and information, and she cooked wonderful breakfasts during our stay, but we would recommend only booking the double room.
Dee was a great host. She was very flexible and helpful in directing us to different area to stay at. Her house is so comfortable and welcoming, we felt right at home. She is also very conveniently located next to a Irish football field so entertainment is quite easily accessible. It is a little far from other towns, but it is a great place to sit back and enjoy the Irish countryside. Thank you for the wonderful visit!
