If a guest needs to cancel for a valid reason, we simply ask for as much advance notice as possible.
🗓️ Early Notice Helps Everyone
In most cases, when we’re informed in advance (preferably not less than 6 months), we can rebook the cancelled dates with another guest.
✅ Full refund if canceled within 48 hours of booking and the check-in date is at least 14 days away.
✅ 50% refund if canceled at least 7 days before check-in (Airbnb service fees are excluded).
✅ Cleaning fees are always refunded if canceled before check-in.
🌸 All refunds are handled directly by Airbnb, and service fees charged by Airbnb are kept by them.
💎 As a goodwill gesture: If we succeed in re-booking the canceled dates for the same price, we may be able to provide an additional refund or a travel credit voucher after we receive the payout from Airbnb. While this is not guaranteed, in many cases we’ve managed to make it work for our guests.
