Perched high on the mesa, this bright, tranquil retreat offers breathtaking red rock views and a serene garden deck for morning coffee or evening stargazing. Walk to nearby trails, shops, restaurants, and Whole Foods, or take a short drive to more dining, shopping, and shuttles to farther-out trails. Peaceful and smoke-free, the Villa is an ideal base for your Sedona escape.
The space
Sweeping red rock views, a private deck, and peaceful luxury await at this 1,525-square-foot, upper-level Villa in West Sedona. Enjoy views spanning more than 180 degrees from every room, then settle into a chaise lounge with a cozy blanket for stargazing under Sedona’s dark skies.
Walk to nearby trails, restaurants, shops, and Whole Foods—or simply stay in and savor the scenery. The Villa’s living spaces and entrance are all on one level, with no stairs to navigate.
THE VIEWS & PRIVATE DECK
A wall of windows frames Doe Mountain, Chimney Rock, Thunder Mountain, Coffee Pot Rock, Brins Mesa, Wilson Mountain, and the gorge of Oak Creek Canyon, with a lush treetop canopy below. Guests often tell us the views are even better in person.
Enjoy morning coffee, sunrise colors, sunset light, and star-filled evenings from your private deck. Look down toward Chetan’s bird-feeding area, where visitors may include Gambel’s quail, hummingbirds, woodpeckers, cardinals, orioles, towhees, and more.

The fully equipped, open-plan kitchen features granite counters, an electric glass cooktop, and a whisper-quiet dishwasher. Filtered water and reusable bottles are provided.
Central heating and air conditioning, a Nest thermostat, and high-speed Wi-Fi keep you comfortable and connected. Unwind with the 65-inch OLED 4K Smart TV and Sonos sound system, or enjoy music beside the fireplace.
Beyond the deck, the property’s shaded outdoor spaces offer another peaceful place to relax.
WEST SEDONA LOCATION
Perched high on the mesa, the Villa feels tucked away while keeping you close to restaurants, galleries, shops, and trailheads.
• Whole Foods: About ½ mile downhill.
• Airport Vortex: Access Airport Loop approximately a block away.
• Groceries: Four supermarkets within two miles.
• Exploring: Access popular trailheads via the Sedona Shuttle, or discover trails that do not require a shuttle. The Verde Shuttle connects Sedona and Cottonwood.
Nearby adventures include hot-air balloon rides, scenic air tours, biking, horseback riding, and the Predator Zip Line at Out of Africa Wildlife Park.
SIMPLE CHECKOUT
Place used linens in the basket and start the dishwasher—that’s it. No need to make the bed or take out the garbage.
PARKING & EV CHARGING
Off-street parking accommodates two cars parked front-to-back.
To protect the main driveway, vehicles over 4,500 pounds—including many large SUVs and pickup trucks—must use the gravel driveway. Please contact us before arrival to arrange parking for a heavier vehicle. The main driveway cannot accommodate RVs or trailers.
A standard 110V outlet near the front door is available for complimentary, slow overnight EV charging. Bring your vehicle-compatible charging equipment.
GUEST COUNT
The Villa is designed for two guests. A Serta double air mattress is available for an occasional additional overnight guest. Additional guests require written owner approval before booking and cost $25 per additional guest, per night.

• Gatherings of more than four people require approval before booking.
• No smoking, vaping, candles, or incense.
PRIVACY & ON-SITE HOST

I have two Peruvian Pasos that I ride and have trained using gentle horse whispering methods. Hiking and scuba diving are two of my favorite things to do. I like quiet chamber music and movies.
