APARTMENT 55 sqm of private space in a large house divided in five appartments

The space
The apartment overlooks the All Saints Bay of.
The big room (12 sqm) have a comfortable Queen size bed and opens onto a balcony with panoramic views of the Bay of All Saints where you can have breakfast or have a drink watching the sunset.
The small room (9sqm) has a window with no view and new bedding (140 cm). Both rooms are equipped with fans.
The bathroom has spacious shower and toilet. It is common to both rooms.
Access to the apartment via a staircase up from the lobby.

Guest access
The house has two other apartments advertised on Airbnb and the apartment occupied by Yanelis, my former-wife . She handles the reception of guests and home maintenance.
By renting this apartment, you have access to all parts shown in the photos of the announcement that is 120 sqm of ground floor (lobby, bar, dining room, gallery space ...)

The stairs of the house may be difficult for people with reduced mobility.

Other things to note
I no longer live in Salvador but in the Chapada Diamantina (500 Km away ). Yanelis, my ex wife lives in and takes care of the house. She speaks Portuguese, French, Spanish and just enough English for basic communication in the house.

TO DO, TO SEE
Close to home, you'll love visiting Santo Antonio's fort, world center of capoeira and if you are lucky attend a Samba on the square (50 meters). The baroque church Boquerão (150 meters) is worth a visit for amators. You can enjoy an "arumadinho" or a "carne da sol" or just have a couple of beers at the Cruz de Pasqual (200 meters) unless you prefer the terrace of my neighbours : Ulysses Restauranty (famous in the city for it's classical bahian food)

I would love to be able to receive you home, because I love to share what I know about Bahia, but I now leave 400 kilometers away, in a paradise called vale do Capão located in the nice Chapada Diamantina a montagnous area. I recommend you to have a stay there, and I will be happy to receive you in my Mountain's house. Because I'm living far away with my son, my wife, yanelis, will be the one who will receive you and help you home. As in '' hotel California'' song, it seems that she's program to receive … ( she love it so much...) She speaks French, Spanish and Portuguese and understand a little bit of English. She grown up in Cuba and her vision of salvador and the bahian society is really interesting. By the way, she knows very well Salvador and will be very pleased to share her knowledge with you. Elle a grandi à Cuba et sa vision de Salvador et de la société bahianaise est vraiment intéressante.
