Located on the main floor of our three-story home, it offers a thoughtful balance of privacy and convenience. My husbans and I reside upstairs and are always available should you need recommendations or assistance, while fully respecting your space and independence during your stay.

Other things to note
- Wi-Fi & Smart Lock Information: Upon check-in, we will provide you with the Wi-Fi credentials and smart lock access code for seamless entry and connectivity throughout your stay.
Mini-Split Heating & Cooling: included in your stay is a remote to 2 state of the art mini split units for powerful heating and cooling. If you have any questions or need help operating the split units please feel free to message me.
- No Chores or Cleaning Fees: We want you to fully relax during your stay, so there are no chores or hidden cleaning fees. However, we do ask that you keep the space as you found it and treat our home with the same care and respect as if it were your own. This helps us maintain the quality and comfort of the space for future guests.
- Guest Policy: Only registered guests listed on the reservation are permitted on the property. No extra visitors or overnight guests are allowed. Violators will be charged an extra guest fee per person, per day, and reported to Airbnb.
Smoking policy: there is absolutely NO smoking of any kind allowed inside the house. If you are found to be smoking in the house or in the backyard and/or left ashes, odor or burn marks you will receive a $500 fine and immediate cancelation of your stay.
- Surveillance: For your security, there is 24/7 surveillance and audio monitoring on the outside of the premises. There are no cameras inside of the house, ensuring complete privacy during your stay.
