The space
Suite A is a spacious second-floor 2-bedroom suite with great natural light and views overlooking West Bridge Street. Guests should be aware that the suite is located upstairs, so stairs are required to access it. The building is quiet, historic, and centrally located—just steps from restaurants, shops, parks, and the Turkey River.

Other things to note
Two Entrances Available: Guests can access Suite A from either the north driveway stairwell or the Oak Street entrance and interior stairs.

Private Suite: Suite A is fully private with its own living room, kitchen, dining area, and bathroom.

Shared Entry Note: The Oak Street entrance is shared with Suite C and a first-floor commercial business. Guests must keep this door locked when entering or leaving.

Parking Options: Multiple convenient parking areas are available (details below).

Quiet, Walkable Neighborhood: Even though you’re in downtown Elkader, evenings are peaceful.

Stairs Required: Suite A is on the second floor. Both entrances require stair use.

Parking: Guests may park on the north side of the building next to the stairwell, in front (diagonal spots), or along Oak Street.

Two Access Points:

North Driveway Entrance: Park by the handicap DroneXperts entrance and use the exterior stairs to the sunroom door. Suite A is the second door on the right.

Oak Street Entrance: Use the small stairway on the corner of Bridge & Oak, enter with the smart lock, then go up the interior stairwell.

Shared Entry Reminder: Please keep the Oak Street entrance door locked at all times.

Security: Digital keypad locks for easy, secure access.
