Beautiful, sunny loft-style apartment in Williamsburg. Only a few blocks to the L train which will bring you to Manhattan in 10 minutes. On a very quiet street & only a few blocks to Graham Avenue bars, restaurants & shops. Also within walking distance of Bushwick. Very safe area with lovely Cooper Park nearby. It's a large 900 sq foot loft-style apartment. Ground floor with large windows so it stays quite cool in the summer, but there is AC also. One comfy full-size bed, plus a bed for a toddler, so this apartment is great for families.
I love this neighborhood and have lived here for 10 years. Williamsburg offers so much I find that I never leave the neighborhood. There is never a shortage of things to do and it's great to have amazing restaurants and amenities at your doorstep. But if you want to live the quiet life you can do that here also. It's very accessible to Manhattan via the L subway line. Buses also run along Grand Street and Graham Avenue.
The space for rent is a former storefront that was converted into living quarters, so it is very open and airy and there are no stairs to bother with. There is a reason I haven't moved in 10 years.
The entire apartment.
Interaction with Guests
I am available via wifi and phone at all times and have a friend who lives nearby should you have any issues.
So many fun things to do. Great restaurants and bars within walking distance. Great music venues nearby. Very convenient to Manhattan via the L train, although I find that I stay in the neighborhood and walk everywhere. It's an old Italian neighborhood and in Spring and Summer the trees are in full bloom. Cooper Park is wonderful and is only 3 short blocks away. Very safe anytime of the day or night.
Take the L train to Grand Street in Brooklyn. Also just a few blocks to the Graham Avenue L stop in Brooklyn. The B43 runs along Graham Avenue to Greenpoint. The Q59 and Q54 are a block away also and take you to the heart of Williamsburg. Always easy to find a parking spot on this street.
If staying long term, the plants need to be watered on a weekly basis.
