With its own separate entrance, you'll enjoy privacy and still have access to the spacious backyard. The trees are tall, but see The Blue's practice right outside the door! Conveniently nestled in the woods directly behind NAS with the Bayou Grande & Bill Dickson Boat Ramp less than a mile away and beautiful beaches within a 10 minute drive.

Nestled in the woods surrounded by protected wildlife preserves so all you hear is nature when you go outside.

Blue Angels practice right over the property 2-3 times a week (unless it's the off season).

Other things to note
There is a small flock of sweet-hearted chickens that live in the large backyard. No need to worry if you're not a fan. They will not approach strangers and due to the hawks, sometimes will be just staying in their coop.

There is also a cute Aussiedoodle - Stella - that lives in the main residence. She is inside most of the time. She does get very excited to meet new people, but she is very quiet and won't bother you unless you'd like to play ball with her.

We have well water. The room has a highly rated double filtration system for all the water that goes to it. While this well water is always safe to use, this system ensures sediments and other normal things that come with life with well water are minimized.
