The space
This home is ideal for large families,friends and small scale corporate retreats.
IT is NOT available for use as an EVENT space, nor for Weddings or Wedding Receptions . The occupancy limit is 14 persons total at all times. Occupancy limits, parking and noise restrictions are strictly enforced by the Oceana Marin Safety Patrol who are authorized to evict violators who will forfeit their payments.
Since we offer a PRIVATE bedroom for each couple,we are in demand. Book early.
Seven bedrooms, four baths, hot tub , flat panel TVs with Dish Network, high speed wireless internet access. Land line free for 10 mile radius. Verizon is the only reliable cell carrier in this area. Keep that in mind as you plan your trip.

Full-length second-story deck surrounds entire Great Room (800 sq ft) on beach side of house, with the ocean and private beach front in view below the bluff.
7 Bedrooms and 4 baths. Top-floor master bedroom has a king size bed and bath with Jacuzzi tub.
Downstairs: six bedrooms and three full baths. Two bedrooms with queen beds, two additional master bedrooms each with a king bed (one has a double sleeper sofa along with the king), one bedroom with two twin beds and a bedroom with a bunk bed.
Lower level master bedroom has a wet bar, attached private deck with outdoor hot tub with a wide ocean view and a second sleep sofa .
The game room and has a ping pong and pool tables, darts and table-top shuffleboard. Comfortable seating and a plasma TV. Absolutely perfect for corporate retreats, family or friends reunions. Parking for maximum of five cars in driveway.

There is a private beach with tide pools behind the house which is accessible via a ravine trail (be careful) also the Main Dillon Beach access is a Short walk down the street, or just sit on deck to watch whales pass in front or see Point Reyes from the dining and living rooms, kitchen and most bedrooms.
Near by: Napa Valley and Sonoma winery tours, trip to Point Reyes National Seashore. You can arrange for in home spa service,
San Francisco - one hour 20 minutes by car, Petaluma is 25 minutes, 30 minutes from Santa Rosa.
20 minutes driving to the oyster/seafood Mecca of Marshall, and wonderful restaurants in the West Marin town of Point Reyes Station.
Restaurants Close by Tomales Bakery, Tomales Deli (great sandwiches), K and A takeout (incredible organic sausage sandwiches - specialty), in Marshall don't miss Nicks Cove for fresh seafood, the Marshall Store (don't miss fabulous BBQ oysters, soups and sandwiches, and of course the famous "Hog Island Oyster Company" for a picnic all in Marshall within 20 minutes drive.
