Please read before booking:
The loft is a private, entire top‑floor apartment (600 SQFT) within my house, and guests must be comfortable with a shared entry and shared kitchen.

(1) 1st floor: shared entry + shared kitchen.
(2) 2nd floor: host + dog live; private loft’s bathroom at loft entrance.
(3) 3rd floor: your private loft APT (includes a bedroom, TV room & office), separated by a locked door.
(4) Private Art Studio (200 SQFT) sits 30 ft away at the end of the garden.

Guest access
WI-FI (high-speed/1 Gigabit), basic TV channels, Netflix, a full kitchen, W/D . Coffee/tea, bath soaps and shampoos are provided.
