There is no elevator in the building, and the apartment is on the third floor.
The dividing wall that we share with the next door neighbor is thin. It is possible to hear through noises from the neighbor such as washing machine, children, and so on.
The building is not a new construction. It is maintained, but old, and there haven't been any renovations to improve it's aesthetics for the past few years. This doesn't pose danger, but it might effect the overall feeling of the environment as you come and go outside.
Please keep in mind to only use maximum 2 electric devices in the kitchen at once. More electric use might lead to the electric safety switch to switch off.
Please be mindful of others, as this is a residential area. Disturbing the peace of the neighbors is a legal issue.
