The space
C210 is located in the exclusive gated community of Sugar Hill on the West Coast of Barbados. The resort offers four tennis courts with a Colonial style clubhouse which houses a pool, reception area, fitness center, bar and restaurant,only a short walk away from the unit, all with stunning views of the West Coast. This villa features an open plan living room with a fully fitted kitchen and laundry room attached. On either side of the living room are the 2 beautiful bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms that open onto a covered terrace. The living room has cable TV and high-speed, wireless internet. Double doors from the living room open onto the dining terrace and lounge area with a view of the beautiful landscaped grounds. There is a large communal pool, along with a kids play area close by. A safe is available in the unit for guests' valuables.

Guest access
Guests will have access to beautiful grounds, tennis courts, 2 large shared swimming pools a gym and restaurant. They will be across the street from the Royal Westmoreland golf course and 5 minute drive from the beach, restaurants, night life, shopping center (including high-end stores). The unit now comes with beach membership to the exclusive Fairmont Royal Pavilion!

The resort at Sugar Hill, is presently constructing a Padel Court. It should be available for use by end December. Guests can book and pay through reception for the use of the court.
