Centrally located near the train station, which was great since we needed to catch an early train the following morning. The bedrooms were spacious. Street noise is significant, which was the only downside, but otherwise it was a good convenient option to stay for a night before catching the train.

The location is perfect for getting in from the airport and for easy access to the train. Very lively location. Easy walk to many sites or bus tour pick up locations. Clean home and friendly host.

This property is not at all what I expected. The pictures provided would lead you to believe that this is an amazingly beautiful and well maintained apartment. It is not. The walls were extremely scuffed and marked up all through the apartment. The floors were so dirty, that should I have had a mop, I would have mopped them myself. I hand scrubbed the bathroom floors for the same reason. This really bothered me because of the cleaning fee that we paid. This place reminded me of more of a frat house than anything. Be advised that there is no living room common area in the apartment. There is only the small table in the kitchen/dinning area. So you'll be pretty cramped if you intend on spending time in the apartment. There is WiFi, but it's rather slow, so don't expect much. Directly outside of the Rome House was Graffiti as far as the eyes can see. Empty and Broken beer bottles laying around everywhere. The noise from outside is literally like a window is open and the city never sleeps, so be prepared to hear everything and everyone outside all night while you are trying to sleep. I had to send a message to have a giant bag of old dirty and wet towels they were storing removed from the bedroom I was staying in because they were smelled rotten and I feared they would only get worse during the week. The only reason I found them is because they had them stored in the closet right next to other clean towels, and forgot to lock the Closet! They entered the apartment while we were out and removed the bag, and locked the closet. I know I left a critical review, so let me say a few more words. If you are looking for a place to sleep and nothing more, you'll be fine at this place, but if you're looking for a really nice place to brag to your friends about, this is not it. It is however close to the train station, and we walked about 15 miles around Rome and back seeing the sights during one of our days, so the location might be ugly, but it's convenient enough to the attractions if your in good enough health to walk.

The place was as described. The bed was comfortable and a/c was nice. The location was very close to Rome terminal which was the main reason for my booking - only items to be aware of is that the neighborhood did not feel that safe at night and I am not sure I would stay here if I was alone. However the apartment was able to be securely locked so no issues once inside building. Also, because the a/c needs to exhaust hot air outside the Windows stay open at night and street noise was loud so if you are a light sleeper you you are going here in the summer months you might want to take note of this. Otherwise, stay was fine and Waldy was a great host and took the time to explain everything.

Franco's place was in the perfect location. Very close to the Termini station and easy to locate all sources of public transportation. Franco allowed us to drop off out bags early which was a huge help to us on a busy day. The apartment was nice and co-host Waldy was a great help.
