The space
House is on the corner of a cul-de-sac with plenty of space between neighbors. Great views of the strip, including the High Roller and the Sphere! Grocery stores, restaurants and pharmacies are within walking distance. This is a safe and quiet neighborhood.
The house is extremely comfortable inside and has many upgraded amenities. The backyard was designed and built by an award winning landscaper.
Four (4) Bedrooms with Three (3) Full Bathrooms. All three bathrooms have glass showers. The master bath has a extra large shower and a cast iron tub.
The house is perfect for 6-8 guests but can accommodate up to 10 guests comfortably. Or 12 if you count the futon and couch downstairs.

The master bedroom has a giant Alaskan king size bed (very wide). The Alaskan bed can be swapped out for two full size beds upon request.
There is a Trundle Bed/Couch which can be used as a King Size Bed or split into Two (2) Single Beds.
The master bedroom has a large motorized projection screen and surround sound system.
In the corner, there is a brick fireplace with a flatscreen TV mounted above.
The laundry room is also conveniently located here.
The master bedroom can accommodate three to six guests.
The other three bedrooms have one (1) King Size Bed which can be swapped out for two (2) Single Beds upon request.
CLEAN AIR: We installed air purifiers in every room in the house (Vegas air can be full of dust and allergens) and multiple humidifiers to keep your skin soft and help you breath easier. You don't have to worry about smoke and dander like you would in a high traffic hotel room.
FRESH WATER: We put a case of bottled waters in the fridge for when you arrive. There is plenty of ice is in the freezer. And we have a filtered water jug as well.
BEDS: The beds are Tempurpedic or Nectar. They are medium-firm and have mattress protectors on them. The master bedroom has electronic adjustable beds as well.
BACKYARD: The back patio has a mister system to keep you cool during the hot summer 💦. There is a storage box with pool accessories like floats, goggles, swim fins, squirt guns, and outdoor games such as mini golf and cornhole.
GAMES: Lots of fun to be had with the following games: billiards, foosball, skeeball, ping pong, bumper pool, poker table w/chairs, massage chair, dancing pole (optional), video games, movie channels, high speed Internet with free Wi-Fi, towel warmers in bathrooms. We also have a selection of board games and books.
PETS: This home is very pet friendly! Offering one of a kind amenities for your favorite furry friend.
A custom pet house is built under the stairway complete with vented viewing walls, ceiling fan, dimmable lights and sliding door access. We call it the "Harry Potter Room".
Outside is a cute pet run with artificial turf and best of all, a large outdoor pet house fully equipped with its own lights, ceiling fan, AC unit, and pet door.
ALLERGIES: We clean the house extremely well so you don't have to worry about pet hair/dander from previous renters. We use commercial vacuums and carpet cleaners. There are also designated areas in the house and yard for pets. They are not allowed in the bedrooms.
CONVENIENCE: This house has everything you want and more! Save money with access to everything you need within a walking distance. Prices of nearby stores and restaurants are low compared to the same on the Vegas strip.
Guest access
Every room is available for you to use except the garage as it's currently being used for storage.
The cabinets located on the far right of the kitchen are off-limits (used for storing supplies).
Other things to note
This place was designed for ultimate fun and relaxation! Our aim is to provide a better VIP experience than any overpriced suite on the strip. Why be separated from your friends in different hotel rooms when you can all stay together in an awesome house with better amenities plus more!

COMFORT
There are dual air conditioners and gas heaters so each floor can have separate temperatures. There’s also a separate air conditioner for the bedroom downstairs. Every bedroom has its own portable heater, humidifier and fan for even more climate control.
We have large variety of pillows and blankets. Thin cooling blankets for the summer and thick warming blankets for the winter. And pillows of all shapes and sizes. A plethora to choose from.

HEALTH
We're obsessed with creating a healthy environment! Vegas air is known for its contaminants, such as dust and allergens. That's why we have air purifiers located throughout the house (and in every bedroom). We also offer humidifiers as the air is quite dry.
Regarding water, we have a brand new Aquapure water softener that reduces minerals and gives you a great feeling after stepping out of the shower.

BBQ GRILL
There is a $60 cleanup fee for using the gas barbecue grill (because we keep it clean year round). Propane is included.

POOL/JACUZZI
You can use the pool and jacuzzi anytime but it costs extra to use the gas heater.

Heating the pool: $120 (10am to 6pm) / $200 (6pm to 10am)

LARGE GROUPS / PETS / KIDS
For large groups (8 or more guests) OR if you have pets OR if you have children ten years or younger OR if you have no reviews on Airbnb:
- $300 refundable security deposit is required ($500 if staying five days or longer). This is 100% returned when you checkout as long as the property is not damaged. Renter is responsible for all damages up to and beyond the deposit amount.
- $35 fee is added for additional cleaning

DANCING POLE
$100 for installing the chrome spinning pole in the living room. Comes with a black metal circular stage.

FOR SPECIAL EVENTS
If you want to have a private party or corporate event, the refundable security deposit and an additional cleaning fee (CF) that is based on attendance. The higher the foot traffic, the deeper we have to clean.
10-20 guests: $300 deposit / cleaning $100
21-30 guests: $400 deposit / cleaning $150
31-40 guests: $500 deposit / cleaning $200
41-50 guests: $600 deposit / cleaning $250
For example, if you have a party with 35 guests, the deposit is $500 and the cleaning fee is $200. As long as there’s no damage then $500 will be refunded to you after checkout.
Garbage is fine but if there are any damages to the property or items stolen, then they will be deducted from the deposit.
Deposit and/or fees must be paid prior to checking in.
