The space
You will be staying in an artistic environment. Beautiful independent essential rooms and apartments nearby the main house in front of the vine yard. An "international" Italian experience since we go for tradition but we do love being contemporary.

This particular 'ad' - notice, is for renting the complete 'Agriturismo'.

We have a total of 25 beds spread over 5 rooms and 3 apartments. In specific; 1 single room, 1 double room, 2 double (triple) rooms, 1 quadruple room with 2 bathrooms, 3 apartments with private kitchen.

In case you would like to celebrate, to meet up with friends or family we have a large 'Grand Hall' with a basic kitchen, two toilets, cloakroom and a wall covered with mirrors - to be, eat or play together throughout the whole year.

You can cook by yourself (1 kitchen in common and 3 kitchens in the apartments) or choose a 'catering' or even a special cook for you. Obviously you mix the solutions the way you want.

You want the intimacy of your room? You can have diner inside with a 'surprise' diner served on purpose for the occasion.

A small group of celebrators? Or just relaxing? From 4 to 10 persons we can offer you an Italian food experience in the quietness of the 'Arcipelago'. Just a few steps away from where you sleep...

The area around Tuscania is full of unexpected treasures, art, theatre, opera in summer, nature, food and more. A lot of our guests remain astonished and pleasantly surprised...

Maurizio produce 'Il vino dalle mani di un artista', le uve biologiche crescono sulla collina davanti alle camere e gli appartamenti, tutto il processo avviene 'in casa'. Siamo felice di incontrare e ospitare nuove persone nel nostro arcipelago e di offrire un soggiorno per quanto possibile piacevole e indimenticabile. During your stay

We are happy to welcome our guests during the morning at breakfast if you choose to have it. We prepare the tables and exchange experiences with our guests about the surroundings tips for trips and more.

Since we live all year at 50 meters from the B&B we can always be there if required.

Especially in summer it feels like having an enlarged family, it happened to eat all together in the little village on a splendid terrace but it also happened we found each other preparing simple dishes sharing them in the evening.

We have a small handmade wine production and a professional modern wine cellar we can show you. You love wine? We can have some wine tasting choosing from 'real' red, a 'corposo' roseé and a fruitful white wine.

In case you like art you can have a snoop into our studios. We do painting and photography. Once a year in the first week of July we have an 'art summer camp' for young people.

If you feel comfortable about us we can also be available for "baby-sitting".
