Located in Chester Village, this historic hideaway is buffered by the village parking lot and a running brook offering in-village convenience with natural serenity. Located above a delightful bookstore, thriving Main St is just seconds away complete with excellent restaurants, boutique shopping, and art galleries. The grounds are filled with floral planters with a wonderful little park across the brook. A picnic table and gazebo for your enjoyment. Last-minute one-night stays, please message us.

The space
You will enter through the front door located on the front of the building on the ground floor, facing the street. You will see a mudroom and a flight of stairs that will take you to the second floor where you will find the living and dining room, kitchen and the bedroom with the trundle bed. An other flight of stairs will take you from there to the third floor where you will find the primary bedroom and only bathroom.

Guest access
You have full access of the whole apartment and you are the only guests using it during your stay. The bookstore located on the ground floor of the building has a complete separate entrance on the side and back of the building.
