There is wireless Internet access and a land line phone. Resort offers a beautiful pool, hot-tub, BBQ’s and tennis.
Only 200 yards to Kamaole I Beach which has life guards, restrooms, outside showers.
This is a vacation rental, or a home away from home. We provide you with all of the entry and exit instructions in your confirmation, and allow you privacy during your stay. There is a full kitchen, along with all necessary cookware and utensils for your use. Bath towels and bed linens are included. We will also provide you with beach chairs, beach towels, and a beach umbrella. If you need to reach us while you are a guest, there are contact numbers in the condo book on the kitchen counter.
Interaction with Guests
After booking, we will send you all of your check-in instructions. You do not need to check in with us, however you may need to stop by the front desk to register your car or retrieve a parking permit. Some resorts do not require this. There will be detailed instructions provided to you when securing a reservation.

Great Condo, spacious clean and tidy with everything you require for your stay. Bedroom was clean and tidy and the bed was comfy. The complex is nice and quiet and the swimming pool was perfect. The Condo is just a few minutes walk from the beach and the shops and restaurants. I would recommend this condo to all my friends and would certainly book it again.

Good stay in Kihei
The condo is located very close to the beach (3min by walk) and the restaurants / shopping malls in Kihei are easly to reach within 5-10min (by car). Kihei is a good basis to visit Maui, as everything is easly accessible in a day.
The condo is clean and well equipped and we enjoyed that is was newly remodeled. It has a very comfortable bed!
There is a nice pool and BBQ-area to be used. The condo is in a quiet area and we were never disturbed during the night. There is also beach gear and beach towels available in the condo.
As the condo is on the ground floor and not located on the sunny side of the building, it is quite dark also during day. As a result you must put on the light also during day and it does not feel very friendly. This is definitely a drawback in our eyes.
Furthermore, we were a bit disappointed of the Maui Condo and Car staff. We called them 3 days before we left if it is possible to have a later check-out. This request had been denied before we even got asked in which condo we are staying. We had the feeling that they are not very flexibel.
Aloha Thomas! We are glad you enjoyed the area and the complex, and were happy you found the condo well-stocked for your stay. Regarding your late check-out: We are always happy to allow for late check-outs if requested 72 hours in advance. This gives us time to update our cleaners, who are self-employed and rely on our updates to organize their work schedules. In the case of your request, we would have been happy to let you stay in the condo late, but we had a guest checking in the same day as your departure. This gave our cleaner only 4 hours to get the condo prepared. I'm sure you can see why a late check-out wouldn't have worked. You also mentioned that we told you no before you told us who you were--I can only assume one of two things happened. Either A) the operations staff recognized the condo phone number or your last name on our caller ID. Or B) The request was not made outside of 72 hours in advance. Either way, I'm really sorry that you felt that this was an inconvenience. In the future, please feel free to request a late check out in advance -- you can even reserve one at the time of booking -- and hopefully you're stay won't be negatively effected.
We had a great time staying here in Maui! The condo was well-stocked, modern, clean, and close to amenities and attractions on the island. We had the fortune of being on Maui during a tropical storm warning. Maui Condo and Car called to check in on us and also sent over a tip sheet with detailed instructions on how to prepare in case of an emergency. Everything turned out to be fine, but we appreciated the communication. We would definitely stay here again.
My wife and I were very happy with the accommodations. The apartment was very nicely remodeled and beautifully furnished. There were plenty of extras in the unit that made the beach going easy (Chairs, umbrella, etc.) The kitchen is as nice as the picture looks...maybe even a little better. The view from the lanai isn't spectacular as it is on the first floor, but it is private and allows for the open breeze without feeling too exposed. The bed was comfortable. There were plenty of fans to keep the air moving through the house and an AC which allowed for more cooling when needed. The unit is a little tricky to find. The best way to get to it is definitely from the lower parking lot. We loved it. It is about a half block from one of the best sandy beached in Maui on the best side for families for sure. More sun and less rain and wind. Simply a beautiful location. We did plenty of shopping nearby and even rented Scooters from the bike shop just down the street. (Next to the Denny's) Great guys. All in all, the unit was perfect for my wife and I. We couldn't have asked for anything better. We would definitely recommend Maui Condo and Car to our friends. AIRBNB came through for us on this one.
Great location, close to the beach, very clean and well maintained, check-in was easy.
The one star I'm leaving is for customer service from Jeff who works for Maui Condo and Car. First all, let me make it clear by stating that the apt is gorgeous. The huge downfall is that the wood floors are warping and its hidden by rugs that run throughout the whole apt. Be careful, because I tripped on the beveling of the wood. Not a good place for kids since they tend to run around a lot (unless the floor gets fixed). Now lets get to the one star: Our flight came in early, so I emailed Jeff to ask if we can check in early, he stated that we can drop off our luggage but the cleaning lady will be there and to give the cleaning lady her space. Absolutely! Not a problem. However, I can already tell his tone on email that he's a bit condescending. We decided not to go there early and kill time, so we got in around 6pm. I had to call Jeff for the apt number, since I couldn't find the apt number anywhere. I left Jeff 2 messages, realizing it was after hours, I called the emergency hotline. The lady was so nice and gave me the apt number along with the code for the lock box. 5 minutes later Jeff calls and asks if I got the email, I tell him I must've overlooked it but I already got the information. Jeff proceeded to lecture me about the email and the apt number, I kind of felt like I was being lectured by a high school principal. Finally..after his lecture he tells me the apt number...to which I reply "yes, the lady already told me". He doesn't have much ALOHA in him. The third day, I get a call from Jeff in the morning. He leaves another lecture on my voicemail telling me to move my car because it was parked in a construction zone. And again, instead of kindly saying "please move the car" He accuses us of actually moving the construction cones so we can park there. (BTW Jeff, we never moved the cones, that parking spot was wide open when we parked there the night before). AGAIN Jeff leaves another long message about the parking, accuses us of moving the cones, and ruins my morning. I decided not to call him back because I think this review would make a better impact on the awful customer service he provided. You can clearly tell that Jeff doesn't have the Aloha spirit, instead he still has a bamboo stuck up his coconut. Although the apt is beautiful, I wouldn't stay here again based on Jeff's lack of customer service.
I'm glad you enjoyed the condo and location. I personally want to apologize if I came off condescending. I was just making sure that you found the confirmation. Beyond the unit number, which you already had, there is important property and company information that I wanted to make sure you had over the weekend, when our offices were closed. I did not intend it to sound as if I were lecturing, and I hope it didn't sour your trip.
In regards to the parking, I'm a bit confused. I'm not on property, nor am I ever, so if someone notified you that you were in the wrong parking space, it would have been an on-site representative or maintenance person. I would definitely like to get to the bottom of who repeatedly contacted you regarding the parking, because it was not me or my operations manager, Natalie.

Great spot with super easy access to the beach (2 min), airport (30 min), and various Maui activities. The apartment had everything we needed and more. They even provide beach equipment!
There's no view but it's a fair trade off for such a close walk to the shore. stores, food, etc. I'd definitely recommend the unit and Maui Condo And Car On Island Property Management was very responsive when we called about some noise issues. I'd gladly book it again!
