Leo's home is very nice! Very clean and centrally located. 15-20 minute walk to the downtown area and parking was very convenient!

The best Airbnb I have stayed at by far. Leo was very kind and accommodating. This house is very zen, clean and close to cal poly/ downtown. Wonderful weekend and would happily come back again!

Leo's home is beautiful, comfortable and central. Leo is a kind and thoughtful host. I highly recommend his place. The patio area in front of the house is gorgeous too; feels like a little villa. I will definitely stay here again.

Leo was an excellent host. The room and bathroom (and house) were very nice, clean, and comfortable. The location is great; a quiet neighborhood only a few minutes drive from downtown or from campus, and both are walkable. Leo was very friendly and conversational. He made us coffee and toast in the morning and shared his homemade fruit jam. He is an active person and was able to share his insight on interesting trials, fun activities, and good food. I would definitely stay here again. Thanks, Leo!

My wife and I stayed at Leo's place in one of the two upstairs bedrooms, which are immaculate and comfortable. We shared a bath, but no one was in the other room at the time, so can't comment on that. The layout of the house is great for Airbnb, since the two guest rooms are upstairs on a separate wing of the house from Leo's living area. Leo was a great host, always willing to answer any questions, sharing his favorite walking and hiking routes, info about San Luis, etc. As well, he's just an interesting, likeable, and well-traveled guy. It was fun to sit on the patio and chat away with him. As part of the package, you also get access to his beautiful kitchen, comfortable large patio area, and (somewhat aloof, but sweet) kitty. About a five minute drive or fifteen minute walk to downtown SLO. All in all, a great stay.

Leo's house Is very clean and spacious ! he's the coolest host we've had so far ! parking was not a problem and the location was great. San Luis Obispo is a relatively small town but his house is definitely walkable from downtown

Leo User ProfileLeo is a superhost.

Have lived in San Luis Obispo for 34 years, where I enjoy going to eateries and artistic events that include music, plays and readings. The Downtown and Cal Poly State University are less that a half-mile from my house. Also enjoy biking to the beach at Avila, Montana de Oro, etc. Traveled to parts of the US and Europe, and am looking forward to venturing to the Asian areas. I own Cuesta Geotechnical, a company that specializes in cleaning toxic waste in the air, soil and groundwater. This fits well with my desire to protect our amazing Central Coast region. I am excited to share my home, my cat, and this special place with visitors.
