Let me answer each of your comments:
1: Parking. I’m afraid that here there is a confusion. There are two parking spaces outside the house for use by the house guests.
2: Breakfast. Here the staff purchase the goods in the local market, I’m afraid they don’t supply receipts as in the supermarket, but 1250 pesos (63USD) for 8 people over two days does not seem to be excessive.
3: Pool Heating: we are sorry for the confusion, please get in touch so we can resolve this.
4: Bad Smell: This is out of our control and due to the excessive rains flooding the towns waterways outside the house. The council has now cleared them.
5: We have taken the dogs to the vet, they neither have worms or fleas and are simply old. We will take the measure to ask guests if the dogs are a problem or not at future visits.
