The Space

Via Cesena B & B is a comfortable guest house in S. Giovanni district, 2 minutes walk from the A line of the Rome metro (stop Re di Roma) and 5 minutes from the second basilica of Rome (S. John Lateran) and the Holy Stairs.

Its position is central and well-connected to the most attractive monuments and tourist places by public transportation (metro, buses or train).

In our B & B we offer lovely and carefully furnished rooms, free internet Wi-Fi connection, Tv, free city maps, sheets, towels, hair dryer, shower gel and shampoo, daily room and bathroom cleaning.

THE BATHROOM IS SHARED WITH ANOTHER ROOM.

Our breakfast in spring and summer is served on our terrace and consists of sweet and savory food, fresh fruit, and drinks like tea, coffee, milk and fruit juice.

In the sorroundings you can find several shops, restaurants, bars, markets, supermarkets and other places of interest.

We will be more than pleased to host and help you, giving suggestions and advices for an enjoyable stay in Rome!

BY CAR

Drive all the urban section of the motorway A24 towards Roma Centro- Tangenziale Est, take the exit towards EUR-S.Giovanni, turn right in Tangenziale est, continue along viale Castrense for about 400 meters and turn left via Nola, continue along via Monza for 200 meters, continue along via Aosta for 240 meters. At the roundabout, piazza dei Re di Roma, take the 1st exit: via Appia Nuova. After about 130 meters turn right piazza Sulmona, turn slightly left and take via Cesena on the right.

BY TRAIN

Arriving at Termini station

Take the metro (A line, red) in direction ANAGNINA, get off after 4 stops at RE DI ROMA station. Turn right from the metro turnstile and again right at the first exit (p.za Re di Roma) . Take left on the surface. Then cross the street to take via Aosta and turn to the second left via Fidenza and to the second right via Cesena.

Arriving at Tiburtina station

Take the train FR1 (Fiumicino aeroporto) every 15 minutes (every 30 minutes on sunday and holiday), take off after one stop at TUSCOLANA station and take the 85 bus line (in direction TERMINI) for 4 stops, then cross the street and take the first street on the left, via Cesena.

Take the metro (B line, blue) in direction LAURENTINA for 4 stops, take off at TERMINI station and take the A line (red)in direction ANAGNINA, get off at RE DI ROMA station (4 stops).Turn right from the metro turnstile and again right at the first exit (p.za Re di Roma). Take left on the surface. Then cross the street to take via Aosta and turn to the second left via Fidenza and to the second right via Cesena.

BY PLANE

From Fiumicino- Leonardo Da Vinci Airport

Catch the train Leonardo Express or the bus (Terravision, Atral, airport- shuttle etc.) to TERMINI station (one every 30 minutes); once at the station take the metro (A line, red),in direction ANAGNINA, get off after 4 stops at RE DI ROMA station.Turn right from the metro turnstile and again right at the first exit (P.za Re di Roma). Take left on the surface. Then cross the street to take via Aosta and turn to the second left via Fidenza and to the second right via Cesena.

Or

Catch the train FR1(Fara Sabina-Poggio Mirteto)- one every 15 minutes, 30 minutes on sundays and holidays- to TUSCOLANA station and take the 85 bus line (in direction TERMINI) for 4 stops, then cross the street and take the first street on the left, via Cesena.



From Ciampino – G.B. Pastine Airport

Catch the shuttle service from the airport to ANAGNINA station; once at Anagnina take the metro (A line, red) in direction BATTISTINI, until RE DI ROMA station.Turn right from the metro turnstile and again right at the first exit (p.za Re di Roma). Take left on the surface. Then cross the street to take via Aosta and turn to the second left via Fidenza and to the second right via Cesena.

Or

Take the bus shuttle to TERMINI station and then the metro (A line, red) in direction ANAGNINA for 4 stops, get off at RE DI ROMA station.Turn right from the metro turnstile and again right at the first exit (p.za Re di Roma). Take left on the surface. Then cross the street to take via Aosta and turn to the second left via Fidenza and to the second right via Cesena.
