  • Great place, with a perfect hostess!

  • This was our first time using airbnb and was satisfied with the expectations. The location is less than a 5 minutes walk from the metro where you can get to all the city centre attractions. We wanted to use the kitchen one night and there was no pan, however when we called Laura she came by to drop one off for us so we can cook! The rooms were cleaned daily, and she also let us check out a bit later, thank you Laura.

  • A great location enough removed from the tourist setting to feel authentic, but close enough to the centre of town to make it worthwhile. Very spacious bedroom, and everything was spotless. A very nice place to stay.

  • Dear Laura, our stay at your appartment was great! We really had a nice time and were so overwhelmed by your friendliness and helpfulness. The service you provided, the breakfast and the cleanliness of your appartment were outstanding!! The location of your appartment is perfect and we enjoyed the breakfast every morning out on the sunny terrace. We will definitely come back to Rome one day and stay at your place again! Wish you all the best from Germany, see you soon cheers Elisa

  • Laura has a really nice flat in a living area near the basilica di san giovanni. Its situated in a quiet street between two busy streets with shops, restaurants and public transport (metro and a few buses). Laura has coupons for a typical italien bar nearby where you can have a coffee and an italien bakery for breakfast. The room shares the bathroom (with toilet) with another room. But this was never a problem. There is a kitchen which you can use to relax after exhausting sightseeing trips to have some tea, coffee, bakeries, fruits and yoghurt, we really enjoyed it!! There is also a telefon where you can call Laura if you need some help. It was really great and we can really recommend staying in one of Lauras rooms!

  • Laura is a great host and we really appreciated her clear instructions on how to get to the place and the fact that she was there to great us, give us a map and an introduction to Rome along with showing us around here place.

We stayed in Rome for 5 nights and found the place a great base for travelling around, as it took us 15-20mins to get to all the main monuments from here via the subway or bus. The metro station and bus are both a 5min walk.

The place (rooms, bathroom & kitchen) is very clean and Laura comes everyday to make the beds and is always available when you need to get in touch.

You can use the kitchen to make tea & coffee along with having some yummy cakes & biscuits which are all provided by Laura. For anything more elaborate there are some great restaurants near by.

I would highly recommend this place for anyone travelling to Rome.

  • Laura and the place was fantastic! It was more than our expectation.
Since I am a Airbnb host myself, I feel that this place set a very good example for me.

We stayed at the shared bathroom room for 3 nights, the other guest from France was very rude, but well… you expected rudeness from the French anyway.
Back to the room, it’s super clean and nicely decorated, the building is very convenience to everything included grocery stores, shops, subway station. The Pizza place Laura recommended got the best pizza EVER! Laura has breakfast already prepared in the kitchen, but we also received a breakfast ticket to have latte & bread in the nearby café.
No complain really! I am coming back again if I ever stay in Rome.
    THANK YOU!!!!

  • We had a great stay! The apartment is very near two metro stations so it's very practical, we are quite close to everything but the neighborhood is still quiet.
Carla was so sweet, and gave us good advice.
    I definitely recommend! :)

  • Laura was absolutely wonderful! We were a bit late because we were a little confused by the address - (website hidden) Maps will lead you to the wrong place. If you read Laura's instructions, it would result in less confusion! When you reach the apartment's door, her intercom button is very visible. Anyway, we were late but Laura was so kind to wait for us. The accomodations were great - there were 2 other rooms occupied and we shared one bathroom, but it was totally ok! What we loved best was the breakfast and the outdoor terrace! Laura arranges the breakfast so well - there are 3 'tables' available for everyone to eat in the kitchen at the same time and the food she provides is WONDERFUL! Great cake and fruit to enjoy, as well as toast and biscuits, grapefruit juice and coffee. Jams and other condiments are provided and great set up. We were always so well fed! The outside terrace is like a little personal heaven - very quiet and spacious. The extra bonus was that she had a washing machine that we could use! We dried our clothes outside on a rack. The place is super clean because Laura comes to clean it, even your room while you are out. Great routine! She also had a computer station that you could use, as well as a printer and a phone. Laura took good care of her place and was helpful and available - she doesn't live in the B&B but she was there often! The location of this place is great - super close to the metro and supermarket and shops! We thought this was the best B&B that we stayed at in Rome. When we checked out, she was so delightful to give us a personal goodbye. Highly recommended!

  • Soggiorno stupendo! Assolutamente consigliato! Prenotate e non ve ne pentirete!
