The space
Knox cottage has an open floor plan with the bedroom, bathroom, kitchen and main living area downstairs. There is a loft accessible by ladder that overlooks the living area and has 2 twin beds. We have a large covered deck that overlooks the lake and a fire pit seating area with patio lights above.

Bringing a boat, no problem! The parking space can accommodate your boat and truck. We also have an additional lot that can hold up to 4 boats and trailers. The Cedar Springs boat ramp is 1 mile away.

Guest access
We are on almost 11 acres and have a total of 3 cottages and an event center. You are welcome to explore the property! We have small valley trail that is wooded and has an "animal" scavenger hunt for the kids. We offer a complimentary Kayak, canoe and row boat for our guests. You are about 250 feet from the water! You can fish right from the shore, swim, etc.

Other things to note
We are in a natural area. We keep the grounds well manicured, but you may encounter wildlife, uneven ground, etc. It is a nice, quiet environment when you can really hear the sounds of nature.
