The Grey Manor features a spacious floor plan, including two living spaces for maximum comfort, a complete kitchen with all the tools necessary to prepare meals, and laundry room for your convenience! Just steps away from this home is the small, quiet Sunrise Park. This expanded "pocket park" contains a shaded playground, walking trail, benches and a large open green space. The perfect place for kids to play or to take an early morning stroll!

The Den - Furnished with a leather sectional sofa, dining room table, and a 50" smart TV, this is the perfect place to lounge.

The Kitchen - Updated kitchen with real wood cabinets, stainless steel appliances, and a dishwasher. Fully equipped with pots, pans, George Foreman grill, dishes, silverware, glasses, and much more!

The Living Room - Nicely furnished with two chairs and one couch that are ideal for entertaining guests or reading a book.

The Rooms – Featuring clean white linens with light comforters, all rooms in this home have their own smart TVs. The master suite has a king bed and en suite bathroom with a standup glass shower. The other two bedrooms have queen beds and share a large guest bathroom that is close to both rooms.

Outdoor - Large paver patio in fenced backyard with private pool and plenty of seating! Perfect for a sunny day with family and friends!

Laundry Room - Equipped with a washer/dryer and iron/ironing board. All areas of the house are for the guests to utilize. We do have a linen closet that is locked because it is used for storing cleaning products and extras. Please don't disturb this area; please discuss with your host if additional cleaning products are needed during your stay.

Guest access
During every stay, the entire home is available for our guests to enjoy. This home features a Smart Lock, and you will be sent a door code prior to your arrival along with check-in instructions.

*Pool: The pool is heated. All pool rules must be followed.

*Pool Maintenance - Mondays or Tuesdays with 2nd visit Fridays or Saturdays. Lawn Maintenance - Mondays or Tuesdays. Neither company will enter the home, but they will have yard access.
