This charming Rome apartment is located on Via dei Cartari: a tiny street between Piazza Navona and Campo de Fiori.
This is a lovely and lively area with many restaurants and bars and the renowned Campo de Fiori open air market that takes place every morning! Also you can reach in a few minutes by foot the famous Piazza Navona and the fascinating Spanish steps staircase!
The apartment is on the 1st floor of an elegant eighteenth century building that doesn’t have an elevator. This is a deal: an extremely central location together with a convenient price!
If you like antique shops, you may be interested to know that on Via di Monserrato and on Via dei Banchi Vecchi, there are lots of lovely shops where you can find a souvenir of your trip to Rome.
The cozy living room features a sofa (that turns into a sofa bed), two armchairs, antique carpet, wooden table with chairs, elegant dresser, Flat TV, Hi-Fi system, wireless Internet access, and air conditioning. The flat has a central heating that gives you the opportunity to choose the perfect temperature.
A corridor will lead you to the kitchenette and to the bathroom. The kitchenette is well equipped with gas stove and fridge. The bathroom has a large shower.
A spiral staircase leads you to the upper level where is the bedroom with a queen size bed, night table and abat jour. The wooden ceilings and the nice floor make this studio apartment cozy and ideal for a romantic stay.
I want to suggest this apartment for its fantastic location in the heart of the city and for being very close to all the most important attractions!

Honey/Lorenzo were very easy to work with. well accommodating and very helpful with questions. The apartment was very charming and had a lot of character. would definitely stay here again
Lorenzo was quite responsive and pleasant with all communication. His friend, Mr. Honey met us at the house punctually ( even though we arrived early) and gave us valuable information. The ac was not working when we arrived, but it was fixed the next day. The apartment was clean, charming and well equipped. It was in a great/central location. We could walk everywhere! We had a great time and would definitely stay there again. Good times in Roma!
Mr Honey was understanding enough that we were delayed due to bus "troubles" at the airport. Wonderful location, walking distance to everything... the apartment is bright and spacious. Loft very comfortable and quaint. Would have been the perfect place if only we were informed before booking the place that although it was stated that air conditioning is available, it was only available till 11pm which means we could not switch it on when we got home at night. Would be fine in other seasons but a slight discomfort during summer in a heatwave. Also, being an old building, the shower drainage is not very efficient so quick 5 minute showers are recommended unless you want to be standing ankle deep in soapy water. Other than that, it was a beautiful home that i would recommend to anyone looking for a central place to stay in rome.
My niece and I spent a week in Rome and this apartment was fantastic! We each had own own space to relax at the end of the day, kitchen was well equipped and the bathroom was large enough we could both be in there at the same time when getting ready for the day. The apartment was close to Campo di Fiori and within walking distance of all the other key sites ... made evenings more fun!
I cannot say enough about Lorenzo - he was available to answer any questions I had pre-trip - made suggestions for side trip we took to the beach in Sperlogna (awesome!), addressed any concerns immediately (fans for the loft) and handled all the details of our trip to/from the airport. His assistant, Honey was also amazing - he was there to handle any needs we had ASAP. He was super friendly and welcoming at check in - made the whole process so easy!
Our driver Bilu was also fantastic - if you have are going to leverage the car service - you should request him. He gave all sorts of tips on our drive into Rome and made a list of must dos - coffee, gelato (best place 2 blocks from the apt) etc...
I highly recommend this apartment and Lorenzo/RomeLoft to anyone traveling to Rome.
Dear Elissa, I cannot thank you enough for such a wonderful review. You were truly a pleasure to have over. And if all guests were like you, Mr. Honey's, Bilu's and my job would be too easy. Your cheeriness, excitement, kindness, patience, were really refreshing! I'm sure that you made your niece's stay an unforgettable one in between her social media breaks!! :) Hope to have you over again some time soon!! Take care, Lorenzo
