Torrione San Giovanni I: equipped with superb Coco-mat® bed solutions in the two bedrooms: a touch of elegance while sleeping; therefore, this apartment it is our best accomodation to be offered in town;
Torrione San Giovanni II: a cozy 70 square metres' apartment (2 bedrooms, living room plus a very nice outdoor loggia) located inside the same Roman tower; sea view granted!
Torrione San Lorenzo: the smallest, but not the...lesser! It is located inside the opposite Roman tower, some 5 minutes walking from Torrione San Giovanni. Great sea view. Elegantly equipped.
We hope that these 3 solutions could fit more people's desires: up to 13/14 people wishing to spend some days off altogether in the old town of Terracina.
We really look forward to seeing you in Terracina.
Some tips from our guests:
My friends and I spent a few days in Torrione San Lorenzo AND Torrione San Giovanni, and there can be no view more magnificent than that found at Emanuele's place! The old Church of Purgatorio along the main street served as an entertaining diversion and an excellent meeting point where we were greeted by Emanuele's housekeeper. Both the homes were clean, well equipped kitchens and tastefully decorated...there were even very interesting books around the house to have a quiet read by the window. The historical center of Terracina is a bit quiet now that it's winter, with most restaurants and cafes closed (except the local watering hole at the Piazza). There's excellent food to be had just outside the historical center towards the sea. If you're a history buff, it's well worth finding a local guide as Terracina is full of stories and hidden treasures. Both Emanuele's homes are equipped with heaters so they're good all year round. The steps leading up to the homes can be quite daunting (it is, after all, a tower), so the weak kneed and faint hearted should have a care. Other than that...two thumbs up! Grazie! (Za)
Stayed for seven nights, good location for all: amazing view, great historical look, not so far from the sea, markets and restaurants. A lot of interesting things in the apartments: books, magazines, paintings, furniture. Really a lot of space tastefully and comfortably equipped. Very good for family with 2 or 3 children - there are toys and many other. Very quiet. Maybe just one minus - too high to walk, but not for us))) Strongly recommend. (Vladimir)
Very nice apartments of quite particular décor in an old style (at least we thought so) and all the things needed are there. Location is perfect right in the center of the old city and about 15 min walk from the sea. But be prepared to climb steep staircases though amazing view from the windows worth this. (Ekaterina)
