Eithina was very easy going when we changed our check in time.
On a foggy cold day, the heat was on when we arrived.
The room was absolutely clean and cute.
Breakfast was WONDERFUL!
Cornerstones is infectious with kindness.
Don't miss bringing some preserves home with you. They are the tastiest.
I highly recommend this BnB, the area is very special.
It was very nice stay. Even though the weather was not so good as we expected, we enjoyed Connemara. Big thanks to Sean and Eithna!
We had a lovely time at Cornerstones B & B ! Sean and Eithna were very welcoming despite the late hour of our arrival. The place is very quiet, surrounded by a beautiful green landscape. The rooms are nice, extremely clean and the beds are comfortable with very soft sheets. Breakfast was very good with delicious homemade jam. Only one small thing, the shower pressure was a bit low, but nothing serious. We 100% recommend !
Hi Tiph & Thom,
Thank you for your kind review. Delighted that you enjoyed your time with us and in Connemara. Hope you enjoyed Kylemore Abbey & Gardens.
As regards the shower, these are actually power showers and someone had accidently turned off the power switch to the shower. The switch is located in the room. This would explain the poor water pressure that you received.
Sorry about this!!
Till we meet again,
Seán & Eithna
Great stay! Everything went well and the place was lovely. Breakfast was delicious!!
Sean and Eithna were very friendly and hospitable hosts! Eithna greeted us at the door with tea and cake and showed us everything to do in the area. She made us an amazing breakfast and got us discounted tickets for Kylemore Abbey. If you want a welcoming, nice place to stay I would highly recommend staying with them!
Sean and Eithna were amazing hosts and their Bed and Breakfast was the highlight of our trip to Connemara. Perfect location, just off the road from Clifden to Kylemore yet extremely quiet. The rooms are spacious, clean and very comfortable. The view from the room is beautiful and the breakfast is top notch. Highly recommended.
