Enjoy New Orleans in a newly built modern home!!! . Located in Central City, a centrally located neighborhood that is in a state of gentrification, just blocks away from the historic St. Charles St., Mardi Gras parade routes and Magazine St. In addition to ample free street parking, the historic St. Charles streetcar line (which can either take you uptown to beautiful Audubon Park or downtown to the French Quarters) is only a 15-20 minute walk from the property!!!

2 full bathrooms...Located upstairs and in the master bedroom

Half Bath is located downstairs

BEDS:
1-queen sized bed (per bedroom); can easily accommodate 2 people

1- Queen sized sleeper sofa (in common area); can accommodate 2 people (Queen air mattress also available in the downstairs pantry)

Common Space: We provide a Queen size sleeper sofa and Queen size air mattress.


KITCHEN:
Kitchen contains all the amenities you would ever need in a short-term stay.

TV/CABLE/WIFI:
65" Roku 4k Smart TV (in common area)
43" Roku 4k Smart TV (located in MasterBedroom)
43" Roku 4k Smart TV ( located in the middle bedroom, )

WIFI available.

Guest access
The guest will have access to the entire house. We will send over a code that will grant you access into the property. We do not give out keys because guest tend to lose them.

Other things to note
Smoking:
This is a NON-Smoking property. This includes but is not limited to Vapes/E-cigs. Breaking this rule will result in a $250 fine and potentially the additional cost that is incurred for smoke remediation by cleaning services. If you need to smoke please use the backyard area!!!

Parties/Events:
This property has a Strict NO-Parties policy to all Residents and Guest. If you throw a party, Trash the space or damage the property additional fees will apply and you’re reservation will be immediately terminated!!!

Late Checkout:
Late checkout has to be Approved by the Host. If you stay past the 11am checkout time without approval you will automatically be charged a $100 fee or the next night stay at Full listing Price.

Cleaning:
Our cleaning fee is based on Courteous Guests. If the cleaning crew discovers an unreasonable mess post checkout, you will be charged an additional $150 Fee!!

Pets:
Pet Fees are an extra charge at the rate of $100 per pet under 20lbs. Any pets over 20 lbs need to be approved before hand and the rate is $200. Any extra pets are charged a rate of $80 per pet. These are fees we get charged by our cleaning contractors for extra cleanings involved.

Damages:
If we find damages to the property that was caused during your stay, we will request a $150 fee to repair the damages. If the damages caused, exceed $150 you will be asked to cover all charges to repair the damage to its preexisting form.

Because many people ask:
1. Payment- You “submit a booking” which means you pay the full amount now. We do not get paid until after your arrival. There are no cash transactions, and unfortunately you may not put down a deposit.

2. Deposit - Airbnb does not charge the deposit at all unless there is a claim for damages after check-out.

3.The site blocks telephone numbers so please do not send us your number and ask us to call you. Thanks!
