About this listing
An apartment that feels like a home. Great neighbors, great neighborhood.
This apartment is a cozy little palace with a single trundle bed. It also has an extra mattress that pulls out from under the bed so it could accommodate two if needed. Admittedly I will be a little snug. Tiled floors and shower, open shelving, stainless steel industrial sink, wonderful linens, microwave, coffee pot, wireless internet and dish TV all come with this little treasure. Shared courtyard, bbq, fire pit and laundry....walking distance to downtown. Come experience Historic Browne's Addition.
The garden, bike storage, shared laundry.
Weather permitting you will see us gardening, doing a project, perhaps at a bbq around the fire pit when invited. We do not live on site but are hands on owners when needed.
The walk ability, the restaurants, the trails to the river. Park your car and explore.
Bus, bike, cab, walk. You are close to hospitals, shops, the river, parks... Movies. Great landing spot.
This is truly s unique neighborhood. Rich with architecture, the Museum is three blocks away, many parks and trails to explore.
Please take care of our home as you would your own. Or better! We are constantly evolving, upgrading and making our little community a beautiful place to stay and would love for you to come back year after year to see how it's changed and perhaps stay in a different unit each time. If you make a mess, clean it up. If you start a fire, put it out. Basic considerations.
Mike and I own this wonderful little compound comprised of 6 units. 4 air BnB and 2 full time tenants. Each cottage is situated in a horseshoe with it's own entrance, offering all the amenities of a home. As you enter a private courtyard you will find a shared patio with slate pavers, raised garden beds, patio tables and a gas BBQ. There is a community laundry room with 2 coin op washers and 2 dryers, an ironing board, vacuum, brooms etc all to make you comfortable during your stay. We are hands on owners who care about your accommodations and are always looking for ways to improve our community. I am a realtor/boutique owner and Mike owns a race car business out of Portland. We travel a lot and enjoy listening to other travelers and their stories. If you like being close to the city, close to the river, close to restaurants shopping and more.....this is the place. Leave your car, walk, ride a bike and enjoy Spokane. We would love to have you!
