  • Very nice place, quiet and beautiful, close to everything we needed.

  • Fernando's apartment was a wonderful place to stay in Col. Roma, very clean, pleasant, and comfortable for two people. Very conveniently located within walking distance of Metro Sevilla and many excellent restaurants and bars; safe radio taxis (there is a base right at the corner of Durango and Guadalajara) to the night life in Condesa or on Av. Álvaro Obregón cost between $30 and $50 M.N.

A major highlight was the speed of the Internet connection -- the connection was orders of magnitude faster than the average (painfully slow) Infinitum DSL line, so this made keeping up with work much easier.

I was attracted to this listing seeing that it was one of the few in the area that offers parking. While the included parking space was a highlight considering the neighborhood's parquímetros, the parking space is a tandem garage space shared with another vehicle, so be prepared to street park on occasion if you wish to come and go easily at all hours.

Overall, highly recommended! Don't hesitate to try Fernando's apartment next time you're planning to stay in the Roma / Condesa area.

  • This is a great spot in La Condesa, we had a very pleasant one night stay at Fernando's apartment. It's beautifully decorated, is near to all the neighborhood attractions and is quietly nestled on a mews street. We would happily stay again if we visit soon.

  • Apartment is perfectly centred and in a really awesome neighbourhood! Close to amazing restaurants and bars! Fernando was awesome and always made sure we were happy! Only thing worth mentioning is the apartment needs a bit of a scrub down..!

  • Fer's apartment was just as pictured. He gave us excellent directions and house instructions.Very minimalist, yet comfortable. There was plenty of space for 2 people, and we also took advantage of the shared washer and dryer - a great convenience. Location-wise it is directly across the street from a taxi stand, walking distance to two metro stops, and near restaurants and bars. The wi-fi was always very strong. Don't miss the set lunch at Panphilo, right at the entrance of the apartment access. Also, the late night taco stand at the corner of Guadalajara and Durango has some pretty tasty tacos. Our only inconvenience was our last night were after a full day of sightseeing we returned to an apartment without water. Apparently this is something that happens 3-4 times a year, and we were in the unlucky 3-4 times. While we understand that this can and does happen without prior notice, our assumption is that is why there's a cistern (reservoir) - to provide water on such occasions. Maybe the cistern needs to be better monitored and kept at a reasonable level to avoid such situations. We had an early flight the next day, and the water had not been turned on, so we had to make do with birdbaths before hopping on long flights. Fer was in communication with us about the issue.

  • Awesome apartment!! the pictures are exactly what you get.
Fernando is a perfect host, answering any of your questions at anytime. It was easy to get in touch with him, and only one message was needed to set up an appointment for our arrival.
The location is very quiet and cute, with kids playing around during the day; and the cool energy from the neighborhood full of bars and restaurants.
The place is clean, beautiful, peaceful, tasteful, and furnished with everything you would ever need.
Thank you for this amazing stay.

  • We enjoyed our two days thoroughly, from the warm welcome by Fernando, with fresh bread and herb butter to his suggestions about eating in the neighbourhood, and help with transportation. The apartment was crisp, clean, quiet and well situated for walking toi a variety of spots. Lovely, comfortable bed, cooking facilities and so on . I would recommend this accommodation with enthusiasm.

  • What a great space! Everything from talking to Fernando and his lovely wife, to the neighborhood - they made Mexico City amazing for us. We loved the décor, we loved walking everywhere. This neighborhood is in the middle of so many places. We were able to experience so many great neighborhoods within walking distance. We went out and were able to get restful sleep, it's equal parts fun and quiet. We particularly loved the recommendations that they Muirs gave us, Duo was great for breakfast. Couldn't have better hosts!
