A beautiful oriental decorated house in the heart of Graça neighborhood.
Located in one of the most emblematic areas of the city, the flat is about 50 meters walk from the centre of the Graça neighbourhood. There, as well as pharmacies, bakeries, taxis, and other services, bus stops, which fill the buses and trams, connect Graça to the remaining city – the beauty of the nº 28 tram, connecting Graça to other emblematic areas such as Baixa, Chiado, Estrela, and Campo de Ourique is mandatory experience.
This late eighteenth century neigbourhood is quiet at night, but full of life during the day. Required experiences are the magnificent view from Graça Viewpoint - now endowed with a much frequented terrace - as well as the one from Senhora do Monte Viewpoint. On Tuesdays and Thursdays, the lively Ladra flea market (“Feira da Ladra”) is a must go. A mere fifty meter walk down from the apartment, you will find something to suit your taste and your budget.
A ten minute walk from the Santa Apolonia train and metro station and a hundred meters from the Alfama neighbourhood, the apartment consists of a bedroom, a living room with kitchenet, a bathroom and a very nice terrace.

I'm living in Macau and my auntie Isaura will receive you and take care of your stay. Isaura is very friendly and even she does not speak English you will understand what she wants to explain. If you need anything you can mail me. I'm always online. If you want you can add me in whatsApp (phone number hidden)!
The neighbourhood is very calm and pacific. You don't need to worry because it's a residencial place, no bars or disco around. If you walk 5 minutes you have all the shops you need: bakery, supermarket, pharmacy.
Smoke just allowed in the terrace.
The house it's small and don't have any particular rule.
The terrace plants need to be watered. My untie - Tia Isaura - goes there almost every day (mainly in summer). She will ring the bell before she enter. Please, feel free to let me know if you are uncomfortable with this.
Please, if you need something specific you can e-mail me anytime!

We had a wonderful at this apartment. The photos and description are very accurate, and Isaura was very nice and helpful. The apartment did get a little colder at night, even in March. And the location was a bit of a hike from the city center, though still close enough to some shops and restaurants. I would recommend this apartment to anyone looking for a nice and clean place in a quiet and residential neighborhood.
We had a wonderful stay in Lisbon, Isaura was wonderful to help us to get a taxi to the airport in the middle of the night. The apartment is nice and clean. Great!
L'acceuil par Isaura était agréable malgré la barrière de la langue.
La description du logement correspond bien à l'annonce mise sur le site par Catia.
Quartier calme et proche des commerces ainsi que des moyens de transports.
Le centre ville est accessible à pieds.
We're very happy we stayed in this cozy yet spacial apartment on our trip to Lisbon. Isaura was very kind - even though there was a language difficulty - and the apartment itself was very clean and well-equipped. It's located in a part of Lisbon that contains a lot of churches, and is close enough to the center of the city to explore the city by foot. Our only complaint is the shower, which had some difficulties with the temperature of the water.
But that shouldn't be a reason not to stay in this fantastic apartment :)!
