  • Keisu is a very loving and caring woman and she went out of her way to take care of our every need. The bedroom is huge with lots of storage space. The king size bed is very comfortable. The bathroom is wonderful with great water pressure in the shower. It is a quiet and peaceful place and so convenient to activities in the area. I would highly recommend a stay at On the Sunny Side.

  • Keisu is the host with the most. She is so genuine, interesting, fun and deeply thoughtful. I would stay with Keisu again. The room looked the same as in the photo, being spacious and with a nice view of the garden. It was clean, warm, and comfortable. The environment felt like a home.

sharon, thanx so much for coming to my home. It was sooooo fun and i really enjoyed that belly laugh at the play. Please do come back. yours, keisu

  • We had great time at Keisu's place over the weekend.
We are family with two kids and we had a pleasant time in a bed room with a king-size bed and a futon.

This room has a door (window) opened to the backyard and this gives the private space you can walk around and the kids to play.

Keisu has beautiful gardens with flowers and fruit trees. My kids enjoyed checking out the trees and riding the small slide in the backyard.

We had breakfast together, Keisu made coffee and provided the fruits. I brought the bread I bought at Nightingale's bakery which is less than 5 min drive from this house. The best baguette in the region.

Keisu recommended some of the restaurants and we visited one of them. Excellent choice. She was known in town for good reason.

The location is convenient, close to highway 116 that you can easily plan out routes visiting key wineries.

I would like to visit Keisu's place again after winter. It was fun trip with good memories.

  • We booked a room with Keisu for a last-minute weekend getaway up at the Russian River with plans to do some cycling/wine-tasting. Keisu called to make sure we found everything and were comfortable. We had a chance to chat for a little while that night, which was great. The room was very clean and comfortable. In the morning we enjoyed a pot of coffee in the backyard and garden amongst the vegetables and fruit trees. We hung out with her amazing (and old) rescue dog, Opal. Keisu was a very warm and welcoming hostess. Her home is lovely, comfortable, and in the perfect location to enjoy everything the Russian River has to offer. We will be back!

About
I was born SLC Utah, where i started skiing @ 4yrs. old. Thought my greatest love was the mts. until my father was transfered to SF. and there i learned to sail on the bay. Traveled back and forth across the continent for three years until moving to England when i was 21 yrs.old. traveled in northern Europe and back to the US. Came to Sonoma County in 1976 and besides alot of "travel trips" I haven't left. Found Forestville to meet all my needs and keep me close to the mts, close to the ocean, and close to my favorite city-by-the-bay. Been a therapist for 27 years and have a studio on the property. Have been a guest with airbnb in Europe and want to meet and share with others of like mind. Lots of fun times with my kids and grandkids who live close. Been doing mosaic work for years and 3yrs ago did a project with kids from a rural town south of Puerto Vallarta. I guess that's my greatest love ...travel and kids, oh yeahh and then theres those mountains and oceans. well, I guess if safe to say...I lOVE LIFE . We would love to have you come and share our quaint and joyous home and neighborhood.
