This was my first Airbnb experience, and it was practically perfect. Keisu was very welcoming, friendly and helpful, and she's created a restful, quiet, peaceful, comforting space that fit our needs exactly. The room is very private and has its own patio (great spot for coffee/drinks to begin/end the day), and had nice touches including a binder filled with helpful pamphlets about the local wineries, as well as a water pitcher and glasses--and that huge bed will make you not want to leave it! The private bathroom was the perfect size, and (seemingly) newly remodeled. We were given space in the fridge for our food, and every morning, Keisu had coffee and tea waiting for us, which we really appreciated. We were free to come and go as we pleased--Keisu essentially opened her home to us. The country neighborhood was great, very quiet and beautiful, and Keisu's place was a central location for everything we came to California to do: go to a local festival, see the ocean/redwoods, check out local restaurants/breweries. We were reluctant to leave! What a great experience. We hope to come back next time we're in Forestville.
Felt very welcome. Sue is welcoming, excited to meet you, helpful, and funny. I felt completely at home!
What a fantastic host-we clicked right from the beginning. The room and private bath were perfect. The neighborhood was so quiet I never heard a sound the whole time I was there. Aside from being an excellent host Keisu went the extra mile to make me feel like family instead of just a guest. The best airbnb experience yet. If I come this way again I know where I'll be staying. Thank you again Keisu for being so thoughtful. Dave
We were warmly welcomed. Everything was just as described. Keisu was so friendly--it was like staying with a friend.
This was a very comfortable stay. We felt welcome and well taken care of by the host. The house offers a lot of privacy. A private bathroom and the room itself was spacious, warm and well decorated. The room has a sliding door that opens to a beautiful backyard, that we had an opportunity to enjoy. This is a very lovely home with a very welcoming host and warm for winter. It was super stay!
The king-sized bed was super comfy and Keisu's place totally served our purpose. She was a friendly, responsive host who was nice enough to let us pick persimmons from her yard, and my 5-yr-old had a fantastic time with her cool grand kids who happened to be there during our time in Forestville. (We did too!)

About the Host, Keisu
I was born SLC Utah, where i started skiing @ 4yrs. old. Thought my greatest love was the mts. until my father was transfered to SF. and there i learned to sail on the bay. Traveled back and forth across the continent for three years until moving to England when i was 21 yrs.old. traveled in northern Europe and back to the US. Came to Sonoma County in 1976 and besides alot of "travel trips" I haven't left. Found Forestville to meet all my needs and keep me close to the mts, close to the ocean, and close to my favorite city-by-the-bay. Been a therapist for 27 years and have a studio on the property. Have been a guest with airbnb in Europe and want to meet and share with others of like mind. Lots of fun times with my kids and grandkids who live close. Been doing mosaic work for years and 3yrs ago did a project with kids from a rural town south of Puerto Vallarta. I guess that's my greatest love ...travel and kids, oh yeahh and then theres those mountains and oceans. well, I guess if safe to say...I lOVE LIFE . We would love to have you come and share our quaint and joyous home and neighborhood.
