Welcome to Eight Lakes
This fantastic two story vacation home is located on the 8 Lakes in SW Cape Coral.
Eight Lakes is a beautifully decorated four-bedroom, three and a half bathroom luxury Villa with amazing conveniences.
This home will give you tranquility, nature and many options for walks and watching Florida Wildlife. Located in a quiet neighborhood but centrally located to many shops with plenty of walking and biking paths this home has many amenities for a great vacation.
As soon as you open the door, you will be entering a large living room with a wide-open view offering breathtaking views. T
Eight Lakes has a magnificent southern exposure facing gulf access lake guaranteeing sun all day. Welcome to Paradise.
This location offers a speedy drive to all central locations in Cape Coral. It is about 10 minutes to Matlacha, 40 minutes to Fort Myers Beach and about 45 minutes to Florida International Airport depending on traffic and time.
Guests can enjoy all that SW Florida has to offer from the convenience of an immaculate, luxury and well-designed open vacation home.
Eight Lakes features beautiful airy décor; the four bedrooms are fitting for a larger group or multiple families with tour King size bedrooms.
Two of the king bedrooms have their en-suite bathroom, which gives you plenty of privacy. The upstairs bedrooms share a common hallway bathroom and are located across the game room with a pool table and TV as well as a butlers bar.
The Villa can fit up to 8 guests very comfortable with this generous set up.
For your convenience, all linens for your stay are included and long-term stays are permitted.
From the large, fully equipped kitchen with its spacious center island there is sufficient space to make great family memories and not feel separated from your loved ones.
Wireless internet, and a washer and dryer are also available for your convenience.
Highlights of the outside include: a large lanai waiting to be used for sunbathing, lounging, al fresco dining with a conversation table that has plenty of options for lounging and entertaining, swimming in the heated pool, enjoying the sunken hot tub or BBQ outside and watching amazing sun sets from your boat dock.
The home offers beach chairs and beach umbrella as well as bicycles.
Eight Lakes truly has it all. With over four-hundred miles of canals, a plethora of restaurants, nature reserves, and nearby beach towns, this location offers a wide range of activities to suit every guest.

• The base rental rate includes up to 4 guests. Additional guests beyond the 4th will incur a fee of $20 per night.
• Check-in time is 4:00 PM.
• Check-out time is 10:00 AM.
• Early check-in or late check-out may be available for an additional fee. Please contact our Reservations Department in advance to confirm availability.
• Pets are only permitted in properties specifically listed as “pet-friendly.” For those homes, a $150 + tax non-refundable pet fee applies and must be included at the time of booking.
• Smoking is strictly prohibited inside all rental properties.
• The rental includes a $75 per week electricity allowance. Any overage will be charged at $0.15 per kWh, based on meter readings.
• If the home features an outdoor kitchen with a built-in BBQ, please note that the built-in grill is reserved for owner use only. A standalone gas BBQ will be available for guest use.
• For bookings made through Airbnb, you will receive an additional email from Vesteva Vacation Rentals. This will require acknowledgment and reinforces the Terms and Conditions already outlined on the booking platform.
