Kick back and relax, take a break from the outside world, in our peaceful spacious lodge right on the water! It's a home away from home with all of the amenities and comforts for your vacation. Spacious living area, kitchen, decks, patios, bedrooms, and more. Enjoy a night by the fire or soak in the hot tub while enjoying the peaceful and serene beauty on the water's edge. You won't want to leave!

Only 45 minutes from Lake Placid, 25 minutes from Whiteface & 10 min from AuSable Chasm!

The space
PARKING is free with lots of space. There should be ample room for a few vehicles. The driveway is nicely packed gravel.

The Lodge is made of 3 levels.
The MAIN LEVEL features 2 bedrooms (one with an attached bathroom). A well equipped kitchen. Dining area and living room. Cathedral ceiling along with an intricately crafted natural wood staircase. Ample room to spread out and relax. Also featured is a full length deck where you can sit in our Adirondack chairs and enjoy the tranquility and view of Trout Pond. We have a good size BBQ grill on the main deck as well.

The LOFT Bedroom is the upper (2nd) level of the house. This is a OPEN area with a bed and its own bathroom. There is a sitting area where you can read and overlook the living area or out onto Trout Pond through the Cathedral windows. This can be used as a bedroom or just an area to relax and take an afternoon siesta. This upper level has and exterior access to an overpass walk (covered bridge) that leads to the upper parking and (COMING SOON: Game Room).

The LOWER LEVEL features a nice open room with a connected hallways that leads to 2 bedrooms and a spacious bathroom. Laundry is included in this bathroom for guest use. The 2 lower bedrooms have 2 sets of bunk beds in each room. You can also sit and lookout over the Pond from the lower level as we have an entire wall of windows for viewing. This level also accesses a 2nd lower deck overlooking the pond and the Fireplace patio / Hot tub area.

The FIREPLACE PATIO is a private area on the side of the house overlooking the pond. It is a large stone patio that shares use with the hot tub! So while some are relaxing around the fire, some could be soaking in the hot tub.

Guest access
Guests are welcome to use the entire space but we ask they NOT access the utility rooms which will be labeled. We ask guests to be respectful and not enter neighboring properties.

Other things to note
CELL RECEPTION:
Cell reception is minimal / non existent at our location which is why we have wi-fi. If your phone features wi-fi calling you will be able to call out. But we ask that you utilize the wifi for your needs. if you have a very large group all using your phones at the same time, someone might need to take a break. We like to think of our place as a perfect place to disconnect from social media and simply relax.

You are also welcome to drive toward route 9n and town and you will get reception further down the road if its needed!
