Breathe in the fresh Colorado air in our stunning backyard, ideal for outdoor games and grilling. Step through the back sliding door to your private outdoor oasis, featuring an expansive patio and ample space for your group to relax and enjoy.

Your dogs are also welcome to stay with you! We allow up to two dogs per stay, with a $100/pet fee. Please let us know if you plan on bringing your pooches!

This home, built in 1940, has a few charming quirks that add to its character. The downstairs bedrooms and living areas are accessed through the laundry room, which we’ve tried to make as pleasant as possible.

The front door may need a firm push to close completely, and some interior doors require a bit of effort to latch. The stairs to the basement are a bit steep, and the downstairs living area has a lower ceiling due to duct work, so tall guests should watch their heads.

We are neighbors to the most beautiful spot in Greeley - Glenmere Park. The house is also within walking distance of two of our favorite coffee shops - Margie's and The Blue Mug.
