Nautilus Bay Homestay is strategically located near to the Tun Dr. Lim Chong Eu Expressway Karpal Singh Drive seaside terrace house It is perfect for business travelers, family holidays or solo adventurers.

This is a 3-stores terrace house (with 9 rooms &9 bathrooms)can stay 21 pax situated in a friendly and convenient neighborhood of Nautilus Bay. Great jogging and breezy strolling environment. nearby Macdonald's, Starbucks, Restaurant, Hawker food centre, Cafe&Pub ,24 convenience store..

The space
Infrastructure and facilities include 24hours CCTV monitoring, We also have one Karaoke room and one Mahjong table where you can spend your time playing with your loved ones.car park for up to 4 vehicles (one garage and one car pouch). As there are 2 rooms right beside the garage for easy access for the disable with attached bathroom each room. 50 inches LCD wall mounted television with over 20 variety of channels is available in the living room. Besides, every rooms are also equipped with their own TV with Astro Njoy. Aircon is available in every corner of the house including living rooms with 2 house power aircon, 3 of the bedrooms with 1.5 horse power aircon and others are 1 horse power aircon as was well as dining room also with 2 horse power aircon. 8mbps high speed internet is available in the main hall and 3 router modem are also installed to ensure maximum signal strength for our customer. We also have an indoor courtyard area for smoking and afternoon tea session equipped with numerous antique over the area. We also prepare iron with iron table set and hair-dryer in every floor to ensure convenience for customer with bigger family. We are using access key card in our house to operate our electricity. We also having bicycle rental if you need them to cycle around in the park and and any event will be charge RM120

Other things to note
*Weddings and parties are welcomed, canopies are available as well, compulsory to hire private security guard to ensure the traffic is smooth. Must remind owner one week before the date you booked to arrange canopies and private security guards.it is also perfect for leisure activities where you can sing in a Karaoke room and play Mahjong .Please note that additional charge may apply for the Karaoke room and Mahjong table .Please close the door every time you use the Karaoke room to minimize the noise .
