Welcome to our home, perfectly situated just 9 minutes from downtown and a relaxing 15-minute walk to Allegheny General Hospital. This spacious 4-bedroom stay offers a comfortable and relaxing space right in the city.

You’ll also be just a short 2-minute walk from the beautiful Fineview Overlook, where you can enjoy amazing views of downtown Pittsburgh.

The space
Welcome to our private room with its own bathroom. Located just minutes from downtown and close to local attractions, this room has modern amenities and a relaxing atmosphere.

You’ll enjoy the privacy of your own bathroom and have access to shared areas like the kitchen and living room. Perfect for both business and leisure travelers, this room offers a great mix of privacy and convenience.

For fun, you can relax on our comfy blue couch or play Air hockey and Ping Pong. You’ll have a great time here!

Please note that our property is a shared space, which means there may be other guests staying in the house during your visit. You'll have a private room and bath, but common areas such as the kitchen and living room are shared with others.

This room is located on the basement floor of the home and tends to be naturally cooler than the rest of the house during the winter months. If you would prefer a warmer room on a higher floor, please let us know, and we would be happy to offer you that alternative.

We unfortunately do not allow children or infants in our home because it is a shared space and other guests use the home.

Street parking is available at this location.

* IMPORTANT NOTE * - We do have noise monitoring software in our home, which solely tracks noise levels to prevent large parties in our home. We have a strict no parties or events house rule.

Check-in is at 4 PM.
Check-out is at 10 AM.

If you would like to request early or late check in or out, please be advised there is a fee associated for either. Please message us, and we can coordinate with you on this!
