Former bed and breakfast, the Inn at Bingham School has been welcoming guests for over 24 years. The space
Quiet elegance typifies the 1801 Room. Situated downstairs in the main house with a private entrance, details abound in this warm, cozy room. The calming grey tones highlight a four poster queen bed handcrafted of tiger maple. Flip the switch on your gas logs and curl up in the large wingback chair with the view onto our shaded Southern porch, replete with columns. Relax and enjoy all of the elegant details- heartpine floors, Belgian linen curtains, antique Persian rug, cotton bedding, fluffy duvet. There is a mini refrigerator and Keurig coffee maker.

The ensuite bathroom boasts a walnut vanity crafted from a tree felled on the property. One section of exposed wall allows you to view the original brick construction. Shower, air-jetted bathtub, robes and thick towels provide modern conveniences.
The 1801 Room is a guest room with bathroom and private entrance. While it is part of the main house it does not include access or kitchen access.
Our historic charm includes thin walls. We ask you observe 'quiet' hours late night and in the morning. Our country cottage and Historic Inn close to Chapel Hill listings are more private.
