Come on in! Stylishly simple & located on the shore of Kentucky Lake, sip your morning coffee on the back porch, kayak around the cove, and park your boat at the private dock (*see note). Short drive to the best restaurants and shops in Murray, Murray State, Paducah & Paris. 20 minute drive to LBL (National Recreation Area).

The entirety of this home offers a full kitchen, private keypad entry, private driveway, and the essential amenities you need to treat yourself.

The space
You have access to the full house (except the garage), which includes three cozy bedrooms, two bathrooms, a full kitchen, an amazing back porch with outdoor furniture overlooking Kentucky Lake. Enjoy the fire pit in the back yard, tie up your boat to our dock and soak in the best area that Western Kentucky has to offer.

Guest access
You are welcome to the entirety of the house, with the exception of the garage and the owner’s closet (located between the living room & kitchen). Please enjoy our space and make yourself at home! Below the deck you have access to kayaks, chairs and a fire pit. For boaters, enjoy our newly installed dock! Please be respectful of other property owners and ensure you are using the correct dock with the RED GATE. See our guide for assistance!
PARKING: If you have several vehicles and cannot fit in our driveway, please do NOT park on the street out of respect for our neighbors. You may park extra vehicles in the lot directly across the street from the house. The lot is also accessible from the street across from Chancey Drive.
