  • Robin was very pleasant and professional. She went the proverbial above and beyond to help us get the most of our visit to New Orleans. The accommodations were just as described and perfectly perched in the French Quarter to provide a moment's walk to the heart of the Quarter while being just far enough off the path to be completely placid and conducive to relaxation. Robin took the time to determine what tours and such we might enjoy and set us up for them without a hitch.

  • Location Location Location !! Great section of the French Quarter. Quiet , Artsy, and def a more local feel ;) Easy walk to everything... Robin, greeted us upon our arrival, as well as , at our depature. Gave us clear instructions, and how to contact her if needed. Perfect for 1 or 2 people who dont have issues w/ space. Room is quaint & cozy...and bathroom was quite spacious. Brick interior walls added to the charm. Outside balcony had great views of all the coloriful quarter rooftops. We spent the majority of our time walking the quarter and taking in the scenes....but always knew our place was near by for a quick refresh.

  • Robin's Guest Suite was perfect for our stay. The location couldn't be beat--center of the quarter, but private and away from the fray, and totally quiet for sleeping. The bed was super comfortable, the place was clean and had character, and we basically had every convenience we needed. Robin was fantastic and easy to work with. We definitely hope to be back for our next trip to the Big Easy - thanks, Robin!

  • The room was quite nice, on the second floor of a characteristic building at the French quarter, wooden stairs and floors, and a narrow balcony where you can sip your beverage looking at nearby rooftops. The bed & linens were wonderful; had it be a kitchen with a table on the place, it would be perfect.

As Robin stated about the internet, my signal on mobile wouldn't work properly in the room, but on the courtyard downstairs was fine.

Robin was a great host, intelligent, helpful and always filling me with cool ideas of what to do in NOLA, There's also a book on the room with a lot of information on restaurants, venues and even interesting stuff about the history of New Orleans.

It is a great place, that I certainly wanna go back to in the future.

    Enjoy your trip too!

  • Robin was attentive and was available for check-in and check-out, even on our strange schedule. The room was good, and a good fit for the price. The accoutrements were a bit older, but it was a great location and we had a great stay. I would definitely stay here again.

  • Not being familiar with New Orleans, it took a day or so to get used to the "old" buildings and rustic feel. Be prepared to take your luggage up a flight and a half of stairs. Single doors are narrow, but bed was extremely comfortable. Robin was very friendly and was a great help in planning our activities. Her advice about different neighborhoods was appreciated. She often greeted us when we returned and was always anxious to hear about where we went and what we did.

Janet, it was a pleasure meeting you two and I am glad you enjoyed the city and the comfy bed. Thank you also for reiterating what is stated in the listing about the unit being one and a half flights up. It would be a shame if someone overlooked that and got a not so happy surprise! Best wishes to you for many more great travel adventures!

  • My friend and I stayed here for a week and it ended up being the perfect place. Not only was the location AMAZING but the room itself was the perfect little hideaway from the craziness of Bourbon street. Everything was within walking distance and the neighborhood felt very safe. The bed was so comfortable that some days my friend and I did not even want to get out of bed. Robin was also great at providing information of music events going on around town and there was plenty of information about suggestions of where to eat. I would recommend this place to any of my friends and family as the perfect place to stay in New Orleans.

  • Whenever you visit New Orleans, try to rent one of Robins suites in the French quarter. The apartment is ideal for early birds and night owls, it's perfectly located in the middle of the French Quarter near the more quiet part of Bourbon street; Jackson Square and the street cars, the harbour and the shopping malls - nothing is far from here!

The flat is very clean and quite classy with new sheets and lovely cushions. With a cozy wing chair, bathroom, microwave, little fridge and coffee maker you have more than everything you need for a few nights' stay. Enjoy the morning coffee on the balcony with a view above the roofs!

Robin is a lovely host, she cares a lot about the apartment and the guests. Thank you so much for your hospitality! It was so good meeting you!

  • Robin's one bedroom apartment in the French Quarter was a great place to stay! The location was close to everything, and the queen bed was comfortable. Robin was a great host, easy to communicate with and she even gave us a few suggestions about places to eat and shows to see. She seemed very friendly and willing to help out with anything we needed. Not that we needed much, as the room had everything we were looking for! Definitely recommend this to anyone looking for a place to stay in New Orleans.
