$$$ NAME YOUR OWN PRICE $$$
When the nightly rate is $10/night, that night is a "name your own price" and not the actual price. It means that there's flexibility for those dates so if we can figure something out that works for everyone then I'd more than happy to host you.
Please be sure to click on the "calendar" tab above the photos to see if the nights you're interested in are priced at $10/night.
So again, $10 = name your own price. This does not apply to any other nights on the calendar so please be sure to look at your dates specifically.

The apartment was exactly as described. Very nice, very clean, well decorated and equipped, comfortable. We felt like at home. In addition, this appartment is ideally located in Manahttan with very easy access to all main points of interest (walking distance or few subway stations). And the last,Judah has been very flexible with us with our late arrival and departure. tTis was very appreciated as well. I recommend it to everyone who wants stay in NYC.
We stayed in Judah's apartment for 3 days, we love the apartment very much!! The location is great, we can walk around 10 mins to Times Square. Close to the subway. The apartment is clean, we like the loft design. It is a amazing apartment, safe, clean, convince. Our family love it very much!
My family of 5 adults stayed at the Hells Kitchen duplex property managed by Judah for 18 nights over Xmas 2013.
Like the majority of NT apartments it is best described as "compact", but with the added bonus of 2 bathrooms it made life more pleasant with 3 females in the family! It also provided all the required facilities for when the family required a home cooked meal. There are an abundance of local groceries within 100 metres (Amish Foodstore to name one) where you can buy all the necessities.
The location was perfect, with a 10 minute walk to Times Square and the A,C & E line stop for downtown located at 50th Street. Like most of NY there appears to be a bar or restaurant every 50 metres and you are spoilt for choice. Particularly nice Thai restaurant literally on the corner.
Never met Judah in person but the communication via mail was first rate. Only issue was that the internet went missing when 12 inches of snow dropped from the heavens, but a couple of txt messages and it was back up and running.
No hesitation in recommending the apartment. The location makes a real difference especially as we were there in Winter. In summer you would rarely be home.

Great, great, great! We were delighted with both apartement and our host. The place is perfectly located, just few blocks away from Times Sq., in a great neighbourhood. The apartement was very clean and Judah made sure that we had all the amanities we might have needed. It is a two-floor apartement with separate bathrooms and bedrooms which makes it a really convenient place for four to six people. Judah was totally helpful. He even left us a phone with US number which was really nice of him because we could contact people in the US for free (roaming would have killed us!). Everything was well beyond our expectations and I will surely recommend this place to all my friends visiting New York.
This place was awesome! Judah was a patient, generous and helpful host. The place is exactly as described and was very spacious for two couples. It has all the required amenities/facilities and very comfortable beds. Location is great for getting around NYC. Thanks again Judah :)
Great location! The only broadway show we wanted to see was Wicked and it turned out that our apt was on the same street just 2 blocks away. Judah was very helpful and met us upon our arrival. I will definitely stay here again the next time we're in NYC.
We stayed at this cute little apartment just this week. Judah was a wonderfully accommodating host, and went over and above to make sure we had everything we needed. We were originally a party of five that turned into a seven, and Judah brought us an extra mattress (although there was lots of space and it wasn't even necessary as we all just shared the incredibly comfy queen sized beds and pull out couch). It was really nice to be able to get as much room as we did for the price point, and the neighbourhood had a ton of restaurants (Judah even gave us some recommendations), as well being within walking distance to Times Square, Central Park, and other sights. We would definitely stay again, and I would recommend booking with Judah. This was the second time I'd been to New York and I found this Airbnb experience to offer far better value and experience than the hotel we stayed in previously.
We were in NYC for a trade show and six of us stayed in this adorable little apartment for 5 nights. The owner advertises for 5 adults max, but we added a 6th person at the last second and he was very accommodating and even brought in an extra mattress for us, which was super nice. The space is ideal for 4 adults, but the owner is right--6 is way too many people! PROS: The owner is very nice, prompt, responsive and helpful. The apartment was decently clean and well stocked with essentials (toilet paper, towels and the like). Location is amazing--so many great restaurants and Times Square right there. Price is AMAZING. This location is perfect for a younger group (think bachelorette-trip to NYC) or a family with 2 adults and some kids. CONS: the apartment could use a "sprucing up"--the towel bar and toilet paper holder in the downstairs bathroom were missing, with ugly holes in the wall. The covers to some of the baseboard heaters were falling off. There was quite a bit of dust (not dirt--just dust bunnies) underneath beds and furniture. Paint could be redone. Being on the ground floor was quite noisy--we could hear the club down the street and one night it sounded like someone was chiseling a marble sculpture or something...metal striking rock until about 2am!
Keep in mind that we were traveling as a professional "work" group so we are used to a little bit higher ambiance than this apartment provided, so while we likely won't stay again we would HIGHLY recommend it to anyone who is traveling with a smaller group than ours and on a casual, family trip with a family budget (instead of a company budget). If that sounds like you, this place can't be beat!!
Very cozy, clean, modern and surprisingly quiet, for the most part. We were a party of 4 women (sleeping separately) and since only one could sleep up, it was a bit tight downstairs for the rest of us as we used both pullouts (along with the second bedroom). I didn't understand this arrangement from the photos on the website.
Could use another "surface" in the tiny bath to temporarily set contact cases on, etc, as was a bit of a balancing act but Danielle was very attentive to some other requests we made.
Loved the location to Times Square, the Theatre District and the Metro stop.
The Airbnb service is a misnomer as it does not include breakfast but again, Danielle came through independently.
Thank you, Judah and Danielle. I would recommend this property but may work better for couples.
