We welcome you to stay at our clean, luxuriously and fully furnished apartment located in the Chaoyang District, which is close to Wu Dao Ying hutong, Lama Temple and the National Stadium a.k.a "Bird's Nest" built for the Beijing Olympics.
The apartment itself is located in an exclusive and peaceful community with 24 hours security. In the neighborhood, you can find many supermarkets, gym, shopping and commercial centers all around including the UME Cinema and the five stars Sheraton Hotel. There are three nearby subway stations all in short 10-minute walking distance:
- He Ping Xi QIao or Hui Xin Xi Jie (SUBWAY 5)
- An Zhen Men (SUBWAY 10)
- HuiXinXiJieNanKou interchange (SUBWAY 10)
From here, you can reach San Li Tun (famous bar streets and brand-name stores) in 15 minutes (by bus), to the Summer Palace in 20 minutes (by train), to Forbidden city/Tian An Men square in 20 minutes (by bus/train), to Houhai & Nan Luo Gu Xiang Hutong in 10mins (by bus).
As you can see from the photos, the apartment itself is comfortably and neatly decorated. We have high speed wireless internet, "air-condition" and heating, hot water for shower, washer, etc. and you are free to enjoy state-of-the-art sound system in our living room and use the modern kitchen.
I speak decent English and the place is a very peaceful and yet convenient location and many guests give us a 5 star to its cleanliness.

Interaction with Guests
We like travel and to certain level of adventure. We went hiking with our tenants (The more challenge part of GreatWall-JianKou) and also their friends in Beijing. Those who prefer in small group, we help them by providing road map, or contacting the local private transport. We enjoy as much as they enjoy staying in Beijing.
The estate is centrally located which is just outside of the North 3rd Ring Road. Surrounding the area has many up market store like the Black Swan confessional shop, the state of the art UME cinema. The BHG which has two full shelf of imported wines, imported foods. There are few Gyms and to the north the beautiful Yuan dynasty park is within walking distance. The Anzhen area has attract many visitors due to its modern and clean environment that the Chaoyang district government has worked very hard to lift up its image. And yet it is only a few bus stops away from the HuTong that where the traditional Beijing lifestyle and foods.
Going to nearby attractions such as Forbidden city, Beijing Olympic forest park, Summer palace or Sanlitun is easy access by buses or by one of the two subway line (line 5 and line 10) all within 10 minutes walk.

I. Sanitation and garbage
A. Tenant shall maintain the unit rented to him clean and free of accumulations of garbage and rubbish at all times.
B. Garbage and rubbish shall be disposed of in containers designated for the purpose.
C. No hazardous substances may be disposed of in the garbage containers, but must be disposed of as required by applicable health and safety regulations and codes.
II. CONDUCT IN PREMISES AND COMMON AREAS
A. No clothing, curtains or other items shall be hung out of windows.
B. Tenant shall refrain from creating or permitting his guests or invitees to create, any noise or sounds in his rental unit or common areas which is disturbing to residents or neighbors during the hours of 9 pm to 9 am the next morning [a ''curfew'' provision]
E. Tenant shall refrain from playing any musical instrument, radio, music system, entertainment system, or television set at a volume which causes disturbance to other residents.
F. Tenant shall refrain, and ensure his guests and invitees refrain, from any conduct which a reasonable person would deem likely to annoy or disturb other residents, while in the rental unit itself, or the common areas and parking facilities.
Ill. USE OF THE PREMISES AND COMMON AREAS
A. Tenant is responsible for keeping his rental unit secure. Except to the extent provided by law, landlord is not responsible for the illegal acts of others, including burglary or theft.
B. Landlord does not provide insurance coverage. Tenant is solely responsible for securing such insurance, including insuring the contents of his unit, as he deems prudent.
C. During absences by tenant, landlord and his agents will provide access to no other persons, known to tenant and landlord or not, unless expressly requested to do so by tenant in writing. This shall not constitute any undertaking by, or confer any duty upon, landlord or his agents to provide such access at any particular time.
D. Tenant shall immediately notify landlord if any door or window lock or bar in his unit becomes unserviceable.
E. Tenant shall notify landlord of any extended absences (more than six days) from the premises
F. Tenant shall not use or store gasoline, cleaning solvents, or other combustible substances in the rental unit, or any parking or storage spaces provided in connection with his occupancy of the unit.
G. Tenant shall not use barbecues, grills, or other outdoor cooking equipment indoors, or use them outdoors in such a way as to create a fire hazard or substantial risk of damage to the rental unit or common areas.

HAVE A NICE STAY.
Isabel was a gracious host. She helped me with registering at the police station and even took the time to help me get a SIM card and the best plan for my phone.
The place is clean and the sleeping area was pretty comfortable. I was happy to be able to move into one of the actual rooms rather than the curtain off area in the living room after a few nights.
The wifi works great, and the kitchen is nice. There is good food and grocery stores in the neighborhood.
Isabel is very friendly and willing to help.
The location is ok.
But, if you want any privacy, don't chose this apartment.

Isabel and Louise are very nice people. Isabel helps and gives you advices, maps and subway/bus card which you can charge. they are really good prepared for having guests. The room is cozy and quiet, everything is very clean.
