the swiss chalet has been recently updated with hardwood floors, beautiful rugs, modern comfortable furnishings with designer touches and a european styled kitchen designed for cooking. the kitchen is equipped with quality pots and pans and all the kitchen utensils one needs to prepare a gourmet meal. the swiss chalet is thoughtfully decorated, very comfortable with beautiful light during the day. the wood burning fireplace keeps the place cozy and warm throughout with all the wood one needs to keep warm.
the master bedroom has a comfortable king size bed the 2nd bedroom has a queen bed and a bunk bed with both twin and full size mattresses. There are 2 beautifully tiled bathrooms, one on the main floor adjacent to the bedroom and one in the master bedroom. there are 3 flat screen tv's with cable, internet tv, blu-ray/dvd player. wi-fi. condo is located in town within walking distance to fabulous restaurants, shops and bars. there is a washer and dryer for your convenience. the house is also equipped with a dvd library, art books, cookbooks, travel books and games for your enjoyment.

Big Bear Lake has an abundant amount of hiking trails, mountain bike trails, lakes for boating and fishing, horseback riding and summer festivals. There are countless activities to keep one busy throughout the summer. The weather is amazing and the scenery is stunning. Don't forget the unbelievable fireworks right from the lake. All the folks want to come to Bear Lake for their Fourth of July celebration. Big Bear Lake's pyrotechnics display consistently ranks as one of the top five in California. Big Bear's Rotary Club, which organizes the annual event, always shoots the highest quality fireworks. They also make sure to a lengthy show of 30 minutes in duration. The show is free and can be viewed from a boat, around the lake and throughout Big Bear Valley.
