The space
Located in a 24/7 secure area, this house offers all the comforts necessary for a relaxing stay.
The rate includes the services of Mrs. Mounia. She ensures daily cleaning and prepares, on request, delicious Moroccan meals.
Linens are provided (sheets, bath towels, pool towels, etc.). The maintenance of the pool and garden is provided by specialized partner companies.
The house has 3 air-conditioned bedrooms, each with a private bathroom. The capacity of the villa can be up to eight people thanks to the availability of two single beds installed in a space upstairs.
A very large living room, equipped with a fireplace, TV and dining table, is perfect for relaxing.
The kitchen is fully equipped for cooking delicious meals.
Outside, you will enjoy a large swimming pool with deckchairs and a children's pool, as well as a barbecue area with an outdoor dining table located near the pool.
A large garden stretches in front of the house, offering stunning panoramic views of the beach and ocean.

The house is fully equipped to make your stay comfortable and serene. Whether you want to cook, relax by the pool or enjoy the garden, everything is at your disposal for an unforgettable and private experience.
Private parking is also available on site, giving you the peace of mind to park your vehicle safely during your stay.
One of our colleagues will welcome you on site for check-in. If you arrive late at night, we can also arrange a self check-in, although we prefer an in-person welcome to offer you a better experience. Our entire team remains available and reachable throughout your stay to assist you when needed.
Other things to note
Your stay includes the daily presence of a housekeeper for up to 6 hours, responsible for housekeeping and meal preparation upon request. This service is flexible, and you may coordinate directly with her to adjust the schedule according to your desired level of privacy.
Pool Heating (Optional): For guaranteed comfort throughout the year, pool heating is available upon request for a weekly supplement of approximately €200. Please let us know in advance if you wish to add this option.
