The farmhouse was very comfortable and charming, with beautiful surroundings. Molly left us a very helpful list of great places to visit, some of which we probably wouldn't have thought of otherwise. I would love to return!

The place was adorable. Kitchen and bathroom were very clean. The layout worked really well for us. The furniture was simple and comfortable. We enjoyed the record player and fun old albums! There was just the right about of farmhouse touches. We loved the property and really enjoyed the view from the deck, and walking through the (magical) trails. Some of the furniture was quite dusty and I struggled with allergies during my stay. I was also disappointed in the wifi. I needed to get some work done over the internet, and it was quite difficult. Molly was easy to communicate with and overall the place was great and I would recommend it to others.

What a charming little spot. My family and I came to town for a wedding and stayed at Molly and Matt's farmhouse. This house is rich with character, and we found it to be beautiful. Clean, plenty of space, and a lovely backyard view. I would come back in a heartbeat! Molly and Matt gave us all the info we needed ahead of time, and checking in and out was a breeze.

Everything was as advertised, it was clean and quiet and private. Peaceful and rustic. And we enjoyed the puzzle and record player! Everything was very welcoming!

Exactly looks like pictures posted. I'm not sure if there are any pictures of the bathroom. No TV, hardly any Internet service but that just may be on whoever is your phone carrier. We didn't really utilize the kitchen because I was mainly in town, didn't spend so much time in the house other than to sleep. Overall a good experience.

Our group of 4 had a great stay at this cozy farmhouse in Cherry Valley. 15-20 minutes by car to either Cooperstown, Ostego Lake, or the Ommegang Brewery, it is a great base location for a weekend away in upstate New York. Our favorite part of the house was the large, well-appointed kitchen, which opens up to a great backyard and deck. The gas grill and patio furniture made for the perfect BBQ - we would recommend grocery shopping well before you reach the house. If you do forget any food or drinks, have no fear because there is an awesome bar/restaurant down the road that serves up delicious pizza, beer, and wings. Would highly recommend this listing.
